Housing: Made out of 18-24 gauge CR Steel, Extruded Aluminium(optional), Stainless Steel(optional) or Fibre. Frame: Jointless frame made out of 1820 gauge CR Steel or made seam welded Extruded Aluminium or Stainless steel. Finish: CR steel & Aluminiun Finished with electrostatically deposited, thermally set, epoxy powder coated. Gasketing: VHB-GM (USA made) tape surrounds perimeter of lens to door frame and a silicone sealant (German made) is applied on the border of the lens to the metal frame making the frame & glass joint dustproof. PU Foam tape around perimeter of door to seal door to housing and another layer seals fixture to ceiling system after installation.

We use world class LED & reliable LED drivers to make our product excellent in all respects. We also work in ENERGY CONSERVATION and have already extended our technical support to many corporate bodies like Larsen & Tubro Ltd., for replacing many of the 400w MH (460w) highway converted to 350w MH (380w) and 200W MH highbay saving over 20%.to 50% For Pidilite , We have assisted them for replacement of all twin FT lamps, Industrial FTL Luminaires which helps for saving over 50% energy in hundreds of luminaires. For CIPLA Ltd., We have assisted them for converting traditional street light with Solar LED Lights to achieve optimum energy savings and help them to step ahead in new era of green and clean energy. Several new Luminaire designs were created to meet each project's requirement and that proves that we can meet any kind of Lighting requirements.

Since Solar PV are very expensive & power generation is only during Sun hours, by adding a Wind Turbine to this system, called Hybrid, can bring down the cost of PV substantially. This system will charge battery bank even in the night or whenever wind is present in addition to Solar charging.
