Material Specifications - Lined Pipe & Fittings  ANTICO supply most of the common sizes with a cast steel body with FEP/PFA/PVDF lining. The design has fix flanges to allow easy installation on site. The elbow design is ideal to keep in stores for maintenance requirements.  The lining materials used by ANTICO are always sourced directly from global manufacturers and are the same types whether lining carbon or stainless steel piping and fittings.  We have tried to standardise on steel castings and PFA mouldings to give highly dimensionally accurate components and even liner wall thicknesses, our standard range of piping and fittings are designed to suit B16.5 Class 150 piping systems, however we do manufacture products to suit other piping classes.  The PFA fluoropolymers we use have some unique properties, they are chemically inert having near universal corrosion resistance which we specifically use to convey the most corrosive and toxic processes in Chemical and Pharmaceutical plants.  All virgin PFA/FEP/PVDF lined products are subject to an electrostatic spark test at 10kV. All pipe spools and certain fittings are also subject to Hydrotest at 20 bar(g).
