There are many kinds of automatic control settings. It’s safe and convenient, and could support all kinds of chromatogram equipment from domestic or foreign manufacturers. Operational Principle      The operational principle of this instrument is traditonal electrolyzing lye. The conducting medium in the cell is water solution of KOH. The membrane between the two electrode chambers is for the navigation electrolysis equipment. The cell is made up with the membrane and the grid electrode with good anti-corrosion and mass transfer. After electrifying direct current, the electrochemical reaction of water molecule occurs. It produces oxygen on the anode, and hydrogen on the cathode. The reaction equation is as follows:                             anode:    2OH--2e  →     H2O 1/2O2↑                             cathode:   2H2O 2e   →    2OH-  H2↑   final reaction equation: 2H2O  →    2 H2↑ O2↑     The pressure control, protective pressure, flow display and flow tracking are all automatic control. The hydrogen output is self-regulation according to the using hydrogen flow under stable pressure.   Application Field  1)This generator produces hydrogen by electrolyzing lye with traditional membrane.                2)It mainly supplies hydrogen for lab, gas chromatography analysis,  etc.  3)The hydrogen generator could replace hydrogen  cylinder completely,  safely and conveniently,  and it's cheaper.

The flow control value adopts digital knob adjustment, which is prominent and reliable. Pre-column pressure is displayed in the pressure gauge.   4) Two types of samplers available   The packed column sampler is applicable in analysis of packed column and heavy-caliber capillary column. The capillary column sampler is applicable in analysis of minor-caliber and heavy-caliber capillary column. 5) Various kinds of detector available   Double hydrogen flame detector and single, double amplifier signal output can be furnished, meanwhile TCD (thermal conductivity detector) can be furnished. The thermal conductivity detector and single hydrogen flame detector can be solely furnished.   There must be no corrosive gas and electric fields or magnetic field that affects normal operation in the location where the instrument is installed. The instrument table shall be stable, with vibration forbidden. There must be no electric furnace and fire within 2m around the hydrogen cylinder.

Operational Principle     Electrolytic water meeting the requirements (With electrical resistivity >1MΩ/ cm, and deionized or redistilled water in electronic and analysis industries can be used for this purpose.) , after being put into the anode chamber of electrolytic cell, when power is switched on , will be decomposed at once at the anode : 2H2 O = 4H+ +2O-2. The decomposed negative oxyanion (O2) will immediately release electron to form oxygen (O2), which will then be discharged from the anode chamber, with some water, into the water tank. The water can be used circularly, and oxygen will be discharged from the small hole of the top cover of the water tank into the atmosphere. The hydrogen proton, in the form of aqua ion (H+ ·XH2O), and under the action of electric field force , through SPE ion membrane, will arrive in the cathode to absorb electron to form hydrogen , which will then be discharged from the cathode chamber into the gas/water separator, where most of water it brought with from the electrolytic cell will be removed . The hydrogen with little water will be under moisture absorption of the desiccator, with its purity thus reaching 99.999 % or above.
