Noni juice is made from the fruits of Morinda citrifolia. Noni is a good source of vitamin C , Iron and fibre. It is rich in anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory molecules. Some studies indicate that it may be useful as an adjuvant in psoriasis management using methotrexate, as well as an adjuvant in pain management using physiotherapy. It may also be useful in osteoporosis management. There are a few case studies available probing the use of noni fruit juice as an adjuvant in cancer treatment. They indicate that Noni fruit juice may be able to reduce risk of cancer among smoking addicts.
There is a speculation that Noni juice may be able to normalise tissue acidosis. Resolving tissue acidosis is being recognised as central to managing chronic pain and is an determinant for tumor progression. Several laboratory studies on isolated cells and animals have indicated diverse biological properties of noni juice such as bactericidal and fungicidal activities, anti-viral as well as anthelmintic (the one that removes parasitic worms from body) activities. Some animal studies have suggested noni fruit juice as an adjuvant in osteoporosis management.

According to Ayurveda,   Amla is a rare fruit with five taste attributes i.e. pungent, bitter, sweet, astringent and sour. Improva Tulsi juice is made from aerial parts of Tulsi plant. According to Ayurveda, Tulsi balances kapha dosha, improves digestion, is a aardiac tonic and useful in respiratory conditions. In clinical trials, Tulsi leaves water based extract provided complete symptomatic relief in viral hepatitis patients within 2 weeks. Shatavari roots (Asparagus racemosus) are being used in the Indian system of medicine, Ayurveda, since ages. This species should not be confused with the commonly used vegetable Asparagus. The later belongs to A. officinalis. The species used in Ayurveda is the above A. racemosus. Shatavari has also been used to boost immunity, counter depression and anxiety as well as an aphrodisiac.
Traditionally Shatavari is used to protect stomach from ulcers, aid in digestion and to increase milk production in lactating mothers.  As for the later effect a clinical trial conducted using Shatavari root extract at dose 60 mg/kg. The results showed around 33%  increase in prolactin levels in mothers (experiencing various issues in breastfeeding) taking Shatavari extract as compared to the control group. Similarly the infants (≤ 6 months) of the treatment group showed 16% more weight gain than the control group. No side effects were observed. Some women may experience increased breast size as a side effect which may be unacceptable, whereas caution should be advised to pregnant mothers as there is one animal study that showed teratogenic effect of Shatavari supplementation during pregnancy.

• Jatamansi, Gokhru are reported to be anti-androgenic and counter the actions of testosterone. These actions are supportive in the management of Polycystic Ovarian disease (PCOD).
