Impression manufactures both single Girder and Double Girder EOT cranes. The Crane Girders are fabricated box type structures. The cranes are designed as per IS 3177/ IS 807.
We have partnered M/s KG cranes of Korea. KG crane is the leader from Korea in the business of cranes and crane components.
We can supply single girder/ double girder Cranes as per our customer's requirement. The Cranes supplied by us are robust in design and combine compactness with safety. We crane supply Cranes ranging from 5Tons to 600 Tons.
We can supply cranes with multiple hoists to ease operations like turning of heavy objects. In situations where accurate control is required, we can supply cranes with customised control systems to ensure accurate positioning, to control the swaying of the load.

To transfer FG Pallets automatically fromProductionlinesto trucks.The System in the factory consists of:

Cross Transfer SystemBuffer DockMain Dock with SkatesTruck Guiding MechanismLoad Guiding MechanismControl System with bar code reader

The System receives Pallets from Production Line and Buffers 18 (9 x2) pallets on the Buffer Dock. When all 18 pallets are loaded on the Buffer Dock, the sensor at the front end and rear end detect that the pallets are loaded. The Skates move into the Buffer Dock and are inflated. The pallets get transferred on the Skates. The Skates Transfer the pallets to the Main Dock. Meanwhile, Buffering activity on the Buffer Dock continues.After the Truck is docked, the operator pushes the load button. The Skates move forward into the Truck. The Skates are deflated and the pallet rests on the raised portion of the Truck platform. The Trolleys return to the Buffer area.

Controls

The system is PLC controlled and is equipped with an HMI with a touch screen.The HMI will indicate the following to the operator:
