Rotorvane/Rollovane is available in different sizes made of stainless steel and Gun Metal with Iris Plate or cone. This is primarily used for pre - conditioning of withered tea leaves prior to CTC machine. This is available both on bottom C. I. base plate or on fabricated High base.

Safe Operation -De-jamming system with optional auto tripping facility.
Span -Reduced span of roller between bearings ensures vibration free performance and eliminates bending of rollers. Rigidity and compactness enhanced.

Matching and Meshing of Rollers -Micro adjustment of rollers is achieved through simple and user friendly mechanism of micro dial and pitch adjusting device for depth of cut. Depth of Cut can be fine tuned using swift movement of de-jamming 'Latto Lever'.

Smooth Clutch System -Simple and smooth for easy engagement and disengagement of conveyor belts.
Isothermic Operation -Enhanced gap between roller and belt results in increased air flow. Tea leaves are also kept cool during the cutting process by abundant supply of hygenic air through blowers which improves liquors.
Moving Cover -Allows no accumulation of teas. Hence no graying or over fermentation of teas.
Low Downtime -Fast change over of re-sharpened rollers using special jig.

Rollers --Interchangeable from H.S. to S.S. and vice versa. Dynamically balanced and hardened shafts for error free meshing. Just remove the pressure plates to take out the rollers for sharpening.

Aesthetic Looks -S.S. parts and long life enamel paint gives the LANCER a smooth and imported look at Indian prices.

Low Power Consumption -Smooth gears, efficient chain sprocket drive and power saving esign has resulted in reduction of installed power by 5 H.P. per cut. Lancer - the big saver in electricity consumption.
