The Octagonal Blender is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and lubrication process of dry granules equally. It can be used for pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetic products etc. Octagonal Blender consists of octagon shaped body, rectangular central portion and top and bottom polygonal frustum.
It is provided with baffles for fast and efficient mixing, charging port and outlet with butterfly valve. It is very useful machinery for pharmaceutical industry where in gentle blending of dry granules or powder is to be done. Other important feature of this machine is easy to clean in place. The bin charging system can also be incorporated in it which is a dust free closed system for charging and discharging of powders or granules. The powder consumption is comparatively lower than the other similar type of blender.
SPECIAL FEATURES OFOCTAGONAL BLENDER
Coating process is complex and requires careful monitoring and control to ensure satisfactory results. The film coating process as such is a combination of four processes going on simultaneously :
Distribution of coating material on large number of tablets
Mixing of large batch for homogenous result
Drying or evaporation of solvent
Solvent vapour removal
By optimizing each process in relation to each other, Vats & Vessels Coating Pan gives the best results. Coating Pan is of Semi - Ellipsoidal shape with circular opening at the top. Pan is mounted at an inclination of 30 to 40 to the horizontal and it is driven with worm and worm wheel type gear box and electric motor. Machine is designed with M.S. / S. S. fabricated structure and all arrangements are inside the enclosure - except electric control air filter and S.S. Pan.
SALIENT FEATURES OFCOATING PAN
The COLD STORAGE is double walled construction pre-fabricated with puff insulated sandwich panels with cam lock system with air tight for effective cooling system in the room. The interior and exterior are pre-coated G I sheets.
An exclusive door designed for the room with solid hinges and mantic catch system for locking system is provided. The panels can be dismantled, shifted and rearranged at any required place. The density of the PU foam is 40kgs/m3
Cooling
A hermetically sealed compressor provides temperature below ambient. The cooling unit is custom made with SS304 grade.
Control System
A Digital Electronic Controller is used for the operation in the Cold Storage.
Panel Board
Powder coated panel board with contactors / SSR Relays, amps setting relay safety fuses, MCBs, switches and indicators.

FEATURES
The double cone blender consists of two cone shaped sections with 45 slopes. The cone sections are welded at their wide ends to a centre band. The blender is mounted between two trunnions that permits the unit to tumble end over end. In operation, material is loaded to a fill level of 50 to 60 % of the blenders capacity.
The blender tumbles and the material in the vessel spreads out. The transition area at the band between the cones prevents the material from sliding along the inner wall and instead causes the material to fold over itself. This provides gentle mixing with only very slight shear.
The blender is ideal for soft powders of granules that degrade by attrition. The smooth transition area in the vessel also simplifies cleaning because there are no areas to trap particles and cross-contaminate batches. Contra rotary baffles with mechanical seals at both ends can be provided for critical mixing applications.

Multi mill is a self contained portable unit useful for high speed Granulating, Pulverizing, Mixing, Shredding and Chopping of a wide range of wet and dry materials without special attachments.
Multi Mill operates on the principle of variable force swing, beaters having both knife and impact edges rotating within a selected screen to get the required size reduction. Machine rated for continuous operation
Vibro sifters are used for raw material sieving in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industry. Raw material is fed through in feed hopper and there is a sieve of required mesh size through which the sieved material falls.
There is Vibro motor and spring type suspension system through which the vibration of the Vibro motor are transmitted to the sieve chamber. As the sieve vibrates the material gets sifted or sieved through it.

Castor wheel which are PU coated with stainless steel brackets and thrust bearings ensures easy movement of Vibro motor sifter in the production area.
The packing conveyor belt is having stainless steel table top with moving endless sandwich belt in the center. Tabletop is fixed to the same structure made out of SS square pipe & supported on adjustable bolts. Tabletop is of 12 inches working space on both side of the conveyor belt for final visual inspection & packing into the box.
The conveyor belt brings the container or products from the labeling/blister/strip machine, operator in turn pickup These bottles/products & visually inspect the bottles/products & doing necessary action like primary packing, secondary packing, picking & placing at proper place.

Stirrers have maintenance free Electric or Air motors driven mixing elements ideally suited for continuous duty stirring and mixing applications. Stirrers have sturdy adjustable stand, low noise, smooth start and stop with heavy duty AC/ DC Universal or Induction Motors ranging from 1/12 HP to 1.5HP. and speed 100 RPM to 15000 RPM.
Material of construction is of Stainless Steel SS 304 or SS 316. These are used to stir various liquids and used in a variety of Pharmaceutical, Beverages and Food industries.
