We are offering pulverizer.Meco bowl mill spares are made from the highest quality alloy & wear resistance steels - chrome and high nickel base alloys. The production engineers are intimately familiar with the environments, working conditions and usage of each of the bowl mill components. All the spares are manufactured within close tolerances to ensure perfect interchangeability with the mother equipment. Most of these spares are ready inventory items and can be offered ex-stock and all we need to quote is the make and model of the equipment and part number of the components required based on which we can submit our offers. Apart from bowl mills, spares for ball and tube mills are also a part of the product range. The spares include helix ribbons, screw conveyors, gerth gears etc.

Air pollution is one of the main problems of environmental pollution today. The industrial waste gases are polluting the environment and directly harm people's health and also affect further development of the industries. With the aim of the communities, industries, governments to control air pollution in industries, now a days electrostatic precipitators have come a long way and are widely used in all major industries including power plants, chemical industries, cement industries, paper industries & steel industries etc. Electrostatic precipitators absorb more than 99% of dust particles and other substances from the polluted air generated in industrial processes, before allowing them to go into the environment. In all industries the burnt gases are passing through the electrostatic precipitator to eliminate the dust particles. In the simplest terms, a precipitator is a large box. The dust-laden gases are drawn into one side of the box. Inside, high voltage electrodes impart a negative charge to the particles entrained in the gas. These negatively charged particles are then attracted to a grounded collecting surface, which is positively charged. The gas then leaves the box up to 99.9% cleaner as compared to as what it entered.

Our endeavor with industrial fans started almost 20 years back when we started supplying fast moving spares for fans to cement industry. We are offering air preheaters. The air preheater is a regenerative heat exchanger between the boiler flue gases and the air. Air preheater absorbs the heat of the flue gases escaping from the boiler, and transfers the heat to the air going into the combustion chamber by means of the heating elements incorporated in the continuously rotating rotor. As the rotor continuously rotates, the heating elements alternate through the hot gases and the air passages, thereby absorbing the heat from the passing hot gas stream, and then transferring it to the air stream, thus increasing the temperature of the incoming combustion air. The air preheater provides upto 20% of the total heat transfer in the boiler process.
