Our high performance Horizontal Kneading Machine is a twin-bowl kneading machine model with horizontally arranged kneading blades, able to process mixtures with very high viscosities. MHD (Continuous)

Manufactured for mixing solids with liquids, our MHD (Continuous) is appropriate for fully continuous production process. The MHD (Continuous) can be used to minimize air entrapment that may occur in solid/ liquid dispersion systems based on the Venturi principle. The amount of energy required and the degree of mixing is determined speed and the tool configuration. Features :
  • Available in eight different sizes with throughput volumes of between 60 and 40, 000 l/h
  • All sizes operate at the same rotor peripheral speed, thus ensuring the most reliable conditions for scale-up.
  • Results are generally accurate to within 0.5% or better
Suitable For Applications Having Following Criteria :
  • The process should largely occur in a single pass.
  • Up to 80% solid concentrations are to be incorporated in a single pass.
  • A reaction occurs immediately after mixing.
  • The liquid phase is already highly viscous.

Rototron Agitator
