Horizontal Kneading Machine

Our high performance Horizontal Kneading Machine is a twin-bowl kneading machine model with horizontally arranged kneading blades, able to process mixtures with very high viscosities. The distinctive feature of this Horizontal Kneading Machine lies in its kneading elements, which enables it to be adapted to a broad spectrum of applications. A particular feature of Horizontal Kneading Machine is the option to remove the complete side wall of the kneading bowl either hydraulically or manually on two turns of the bowl. The Horizontal Kneading Machine is based on the principle of intermeshing Duplex kneading blades, which have a reciprocal stripping action. Our Horizontal Kneading Machine has double-jacketed bowls for heating/cooling. Speed Ratio Of The Kneading Blades :

Continuous Kneading Machine

The Continuous Kneading Machine is provided with 4, 5, 8 and 12 chambers to meet the requirements of the clients. The Continuous Kneading Machine facilitates wide range of functions like mixing, kneading, rolling and extrusion of medium to high viscosity media. The Continuous Kneading Machine is operated with a touch screen operator incorporated with graphic capabilities into a switchboard panel. Accessories / Options :
