We customize ovens in various temperature ranges, material of construction and chamber dimensions. Maximum operating temperature range of these ovens are 200°C, 250°C and 300°C, which is controlled through microprocessor based PID controller, which displays both set value (SV) and process value (PV) and plays important role in temperature control. Forced air circulation is maintained using branded motor driven blower system. For heating, we use ceramic bead heating elements or tubular air heaters for high temperature. Each unit is fitted with over temperature protection device (safety thermostat), which keeps your oven safe in case of controller failure. Our hot air oven are having attractive design, rugged construction and easy to clean surface; therefore, internal chamber of our ovens is made of thick gauge of stainless steel (SS 304 / SS 316). Corners are such designed that cleaning becomes an easy job for operator. Shelves are made of stainless steel wire mesh cable; these are removable in order to adjust the height level. Depending upon size of internal chamber quantity of shelves may vary from 2 to 7 or more. External cabinet is made of either powder coated mild steel, GI sheet or stainless steel as required. For easy mobility of large ovens, caster wheels with brake are fitted at the bottom. We offer several optional accessories to fit in your hot air oven; such as, explosion proof heater, digital timer, PLC based HMI controller, RS485 computer interface, 21 CFR software, data logger and circular chart recorder, HEPA filter air inlet etc.

Plant Growth Chamber is a chamber having three side illumination, humidity & temperature. It has applications in plant science, soil science & agriculture research etc. The use of plant growth chamber is to create artificial environment using combination of temperature, humidity and light at different set points for biological samples, electronic components and other relevant applications.

Construction : We construct the inner chamber of machine with thick gauge of stainless steel 304 & exterior with powder coated GI sheet for corrosion resistance surface. High density PUF insulation of 70mm is filled between inner and external walls. Main chamber is fabricated with arc welding. We construct sizes as small as 100 litres to 1200 litres or customize as per user requirement. Caster wheels with brake are fitted for easy movement.

Doors : We use double door mechanism with inner door for observation which is fixed directly to the inner chamber that give you access to view plants inside without any variation in internal atmosphere. The exterior door is insulated and fixed with easy to use latches.

Temperature & Humidity: The temperature range is 5°C to 60°C and humidity range is 50% to 90%. These parameters are controlled through PID controller with excellent accuracy and uniformity through PT100 temperature and capacitive humidity sensors. High Quality heaters are used for temperature. For humidity, stainless steel tank with immersion heater is used with automatic water filling facility.

Illumination : Illumination plays important role in effective plant growth condition; therefore, we use high quality growth lights at three sides of the chamber. These lights are controlled through cyclic timer for 24X7 a week. These lights can be easily changed or replaced at user level.

Optional : We also equip our plant growth chambers with some advance features such as PLC based HMI controller. It features color touch screen having display and control of temperature and humidity with data monitoring and storage and also facility USB interface to transfer data into pen drive. 30mm port hole for external wires and validation are also available.

Standard Features:

• BOD Incubator is used for storage and fugal / bacterial culture growth at 37°C or below. These laboratory incubators are also known as cooling incubators or BOD Incubator because their temperature range remains between (ambient-20°C) to 60°C. These units are fitted with digital temperature controller and air circulation fan, which is responsible for uniform distribution of temperature across the chamber.
• Each unit is equipped with digital PID temperature controller for high temperature accuracy and uniformity. This controller displays both set value (SV) and process value (PV). It also has temperature low / high alarm which alerts operator if there is any variation in set temperature. Heat is generated using resistance wire heaters or beaded heaters; motorized blower or axial fan is also fitted to distribute the temperature across the chamber evenly.
• iGene Lab serve BOD incubators feature rugged construction. External cabinet is made of thick gauge of GI sheet which is powder coated and painted to enhance its corrosion resistance feature or GMP model with complete stainless steel if required. The inner chamber is made of thick gauge of 304 grade stainless steel sheets. The gap between the inner and external chamber is filled with high density glass wool which minimizes heat loss and keeps the unit energy efficient. Refrigerant used in this system is free of CFC.
