Automotive Battery Packs

To contain the growing carbon emissions due to vehicles discharge, use of (EVs) Electric Vehicles (2/3/4 Wheelers) is increasing.The increase would have been rapid but for the cost of the electrical vehicles and issues related to battery re-charging. With the improvement in battery technology ( Li-ion / Li-polymer/li-iron phosphate batteries) this growth is expected to improve and the present high cost of these batteries is also expected to decrease with manufacture of larger volumes.
These Li based batteries weigh one third of the weight of comparable lead-acid batteries.These have deep-cycle resistance which is up to ten times higher than in case of conventional batteries, it is vibration-resistant and can be installed in any position. The lithium based battery maintains its charge up to four times longer.
The standard battery packs being produced are a)for Two Wheeler Traction Battery [48/ 72V, upto-2.5 kwh], (b) for Three Wheeler Traction Battery [48/ 72V, upto 6 kwh]. In near future we will be producing packs for Four Wheeler Traction Battery [72V, upto-16/24 kwh]. We are prodcuing customised batteries also meeting the specific requirement of various vehicle models.

NMC / Li-iron phosphate battery packs being produced by us for electrical vehicles give desired mileage, less charging time and long life span. These batteries are being made with the proven quality standards. For these battery packs the cell spacing and load balancing are critical. Our high caliber technicians and the Battery Management System (BMS) being made by us is making these requirements possible, .

Our Lithium-based battery packs offer a cost effective solution for Solar, Telecom and several other uses given their higher energy densities, longer life and low maintenance costs. Our Lithium-ion battery packs may work for over 5 years from the manufacturing date if it is used properly. E-Riksha provide last mile connectivity in metro cities and are important means of transport in smaller cities and towns.There use has already increased substantially in last few years and is expected to increase further with the improvement in battery technology which results in longer distance coverage in each charge.
