Feeder Pillars are connected to the distribution board and mainly utilized for housing and street lighting units. The feeder pillars are widely installed for Industrial, Township, Housing Societies, and Lighting applications. Our Distribution Feeder Pillars can be customized for power distribution applications.

We manufacture and supply 11KV HT Metering Cubicles Panels as per ESCOM standards where metering is done in 3 phase 4 wire system employing 3 current transformers and 3 voltage transformers. The panel contains the equipments and components complete with bus bar interconnections, control wiring, designation labels, caution notices, Electricity Board sealing and pad locking facilities wherever required. Required space is provided for entry of H. T. cable from the bottom through detachable gland plates. Bus bars are epoxy encapsulated. Canopy will be provided for outdoor type metering cubicles.

The Current and Potential Transformers used in these panels are Accuracy tested at KPTCL / National Accredited testing laboratory.

• HT HRC fuses of suitable rating (Access to the HT Fuse chamber is possible only after switching OFF the LBS)

We hold competence in manufacturing 11 KV HT Ring Main Unit (RMU) Outdoor Indoor type. This unit finds extensive use in H.T. side. It is marked with switches (Circuit Breakers or Isolators or LBS) of three numbers. This unit finds use for two inputs that may be mechanical or electrical interlock. One outgoing is also provided in this unit to help in heavy load withstanding capacity. On demand, we can also provide this unit with one input that has two outgoings. Apart from these, this unit is also used for purposes such as redundancy feeder. This unit has capacity of 11KV.

VCB Panel - Outdoor / Indoor

• VCB Panel Out door & Indoor type is made out of 14/16 SWG CRCA Steel, suitable for operation on 11kV, 3, 50Hz., AC earthed system.
  

• The Panel contains the equipments and components complete with bus bar interconnections, control wiring, designation labels, caution notices, EB sealing and pad locking facilities wherever required. Necessary space is provided for entry of H. T. cables from the bottom through detachable gland plates.
  

• The Panel is finished with one coat of air drying epoxy primer and two coats of Epoxy paint confirming to shade 631 of IS:5.

Automatic Power Factor Control Panels are installed to maintain the power factor in the desired range. These are incorporated with advanced microprocessor relays to ensure accurate power factor correction. Design facilities easy connection, ample space for capacitors, efficient heat dissipation, and protection against re-energisation of capacitor bank before it is fully discharged. PLC panel are designed to control electrical power supply using programmable Control Logic Processor. Control Desk And Mimic Panels

Custom-made control desks, with fiber glass or acrylic mimic diagrams, completely equipped with annunciation equipment, are designed and manufactured by us for all types of Process Control Industries. The mimic diagram is suitably housed on the front sloping vertical portion of the desk and the actuating pushbuttons and pilot lamps are housed on the horizontal sloping deck. Control gear equipment, like contactor, relays, and terminal blocks etc. are mounted both in the rear and in the front of the control desk.

VFD - Variable frequency drive panel is used to control the rotating speed of AC electric motor by controlling the intensity of electric power provided to the motor. The working of these VFD panels needs to go through speed variations so during their manufacturing they undergo tests on various parameters.
