Its headquarter is in Bangalore, Karnataka, capital of precision hydraulic components, with a manufacturing unit of 11,000 sqm. and equipped with imported CNC turning machines, CNC Skiving & Roller burnishing machine, multi head centreless belt grinding machine and a unique In House Liquid Bath Nitriding & Oxidation Process Facility (LBNOP).
In India Hypratek is the only Telescopic Tipper Hydraulic Cylinder manufacturer who can supply both Hard Chrome Plated and LBNOP cylinders.
Hypratek is ISO 9001-2008 and is getting ready to qualify for TS 16949 & ISO 14001. We take environmental issues very seriously; all our production processes are assessed, validation and approved by The Environment Department of Karnataka.
