Rotary swaging machine is to achieve reduction in diameter of the Pipe or Solid rod compared to the original size to a desired length. Our Swaging Machine depicted in the picture is a linear Swaging Machine which is based on cold forming process. This can be used for swaging both solid rods, as well as pipes. The machine is hydraulically operated. The advantage of this machine being considerable reduction in raw material wastage, high productivity, no stress concentration, low noise and low temperature process. The machine is controlled by PLC. Swaging length can be infinitely set by the operator via MMI. This is a sturdy and smooth machine.

Our designed test rigs include integral fluid reservoir, back up accumulators, all necessary panel mounted, pressureflow controls, pressure gauges, flow meters, quick release couplings with complete electrical controls and instrumentation as required by the system. We manufacture engine test rigs and valve test rigs which can be supplied with computerPLC control for data acquisition and analysis.

Hydraulically operated winch is ideal for all types of specialized transport from low-bed operations to wrecker’s equipment and can be set up to operate either singly or in combinations. The speed can be connected to any load process. When pumping losses are relatively low, extra power can be generated and temporarily stored in the accumulator. However, when the losses are high, the load process can be supplied from the accumulator unit. BARRELS:Hydropower hydraulic cylinder barrels are made from the imported Cold Drown Seamless Steel Pipes for reliable long life performance.

SEALS:The seals are critical components of the hydraulic cylinders. Hydropower hydraulic cylinders are provided with Unique Piston Rings. For the static holding applications, special static pressure energized seals are provided, which offer positive sealing and maintenance free operation.

Hydropower belt conveyors are designed based on ISO standards. Belt conveyors are capable of handling a wide variety of bulk materials. They are suitable for handling certain corrosive material that quickly attack parts of an all - metal Conveyor. The range of sizes of material that may be handled on Belt Conveyor is limited only by the width of handled on Belt Conveyor is limited only by the width of the belt and the materials may vary from very fine chemicals to lump ore, stone, coal or dry and dusty as well as those that are sticky or have a tendency to pack due to moisture. Belt conveyors are generally are so - called self cleaning units when handling fairly dry materials; if materials are slightly damp or very fine, a very light film of material may be found on the return run if the chemical make up of the material has a slight affinity for the rubber cover. Belt Conveyors are very durable when handling such materials as crushed stone, sand or gravel.

Hydropower has been a well known source for supply of oil transfer and filteration unit.

Standard oil transfer and filteration unit or Porta Filter produced by us is a very compact and useful equipment for industry with hydraulic operated machinery.

Porta Filter helps easy & faster transfer of clean oil from barrel to machine reservoir or vice versa without wastage of oil and less time consumption compared to manual filling & removal of oil.

As the equipment runs on a 220V supply, it can be easily connected to any 220V power source commonly available on shop floor. Due to its compactness and light weight, it is easily movable from place to place as it comes mounted on wheels.

Owing to its simplicity of construction, it can be easily handled by shop floor/maintenance personnel with low skills for topping up of oil level in machines periodically.

DOL starter mounted on the equipment makes it convenient to operate the equipment locally by the operator without involvement of electrical personnel in day to day operation. Choices of various filteration ratings, dirt holding capacities and progressive filteration are available from Hydropower.

Hydropower also undertakes design and manufacture of special Porta Filters to meet any specific requirement of the customers.

Porta filter/ Hydraulic oil filter is used to transfer oil from the barrel to the powerpack, this machine contains an hydraulic oil filter which filters the oil which is pumped to the machine.

Para wash is an equipment designed for cleaning/washing of machine components after machining before assembly.

Parawash is a very useful equipment for assembly and machine shops.

It consists of a tank which contains cleaning agent such as Kerosene/Petrol etc, which is pumped by a positive displacement pump under pressure to enclosed cleaning chamber. Cleaning chamber is provided with transparent windows for operator to see the cleaning process. It has also provision for the operator to insert his hands through the two openings in on the front side to access the components in the cleaning chamber for manipulating the components while cleaning.

This equipment helps to clean the components faster and without wastage of cleaning agent. As the cleaning operation takes place under pressure in an enc, thorough cleaning is facilitated.

All the dirt, dust & loose particles removed during the cleaning process is filtered through a filter and clean cleaning agent is returned to the tank for recycling.

Customized parawash can be designed & built to suit any specific application requirements of the customer.

Hydropower has applied severals years of experience in multilayer packaging blow molding and has experience in industrial blow molding to produce a series of simple and capable large part Multilayer Blow Molding Machines. The machines are simple in that they utilize multiple reciprocating screw plasticizers for melting and accumulation. The melted material is then delivered on a first-in, first-out basis to a simple and reliable side fed head. Precise ratio control of the delivery of the various layers makes the machines capable of equally precise layer formations for the most demanding applications.
