H C Sulphosynth 450(Sodium Petroleum Sulphonate is an oil soluble synthetic Sodium Sulphonate, manufactured by a special process to secure a consistent quality.Various grades of H.C Sulphosynth 450 are available with similar average molecular weight but different percent of active matter content for specific uses if required by the customer and are graded with the suffix as Group I, II, III, IV etc. Molecular spreads in these sulphonates are different to effect different character of the finished products made using these sulphonates.Most versatile and effective for all purposes of users in Group IV variety.

Soluble oil concentrates must form stable, milky emulsions over a wide concentration range and therefore often contain relatively large amounts of emulsifiers.Emulsifiers are split into two categories like the primary(usually Sodium Petroleum Sulphonates) and secondary emulsifiers.

Application: Metal working fluids, corrosion preventives, drawing compounds, textile oil cleaners, fast quenching oils additives, emulsions, ore flotation, paints, printing inks etc.

Storage: Tightly closed drums can be stored indoors between 0^oC and 40^oC for a minimum of 12 months.

This is Barium Salt of Petroleum Sulphonate made either by direct neutralisation of Sulphonic Acid with Barium Salt or by double decomposition of Sodium Petroleum Suphonates with Barium salts followed by liquid liquid extractions and distillations.

Uses : For formulation & blending/manufacture of hydraulic fluids, slushing oils, high degree non-staining rust protective materials, greases and various other industrial products.

Calcium Petroleum Sulphonate is Calcium salt of Sulphonic Acid made by processing Heavy Alkalyte Benzene of suitable fraction with Sulphuric Acid or Sulphur Trioxide and refining by liquid extraction by using suitable alcoholic solvent and precipitating insoluble salts by control of PH and centrifuging.

HC Calcium Petroleum Sulphonate (HCC CAPS) is not overbased and neutral in nature having TBN 45-52.

Users : Calcium Petroleum Sulphonate is corrosion inhibitor, dispersant, rust preventive agent and industrial detergent.

Magnesium Petroleum Sulphonate is used in various proportions in formulating anti-rust compound, dispersants, rust inhibitor and antiwar compound in proportion of 0.3% To 2.5% weight/weight.

HCC Magnesium Sulphonate is not overbased and having TBN 30-35.
