1 Products availableOur offered Product range includes Solid Rubber Wheel, Molded Rubber Wheels Aluminum and stainless steel wheels.
These solid rubber wheels are molded of durable compounds designed for general purpose use. They are furnished with oiless sleeve bearings or straight roller bearings as listed below. Solid Rubber Wheel-a softer rubber tread permanently molded to a hard rubber core. Recommended for light loads where noise is a factor or floors are rough, but capacity is more limited.
Molded Rubber Wheel Aluminum offerings has 1" of black high performing rubber tread permanently bonded to the wheel center (70 Durometer +- 5, Shore A). These premium wheels have the same high tensile strength rubber used in our molded rubber tired wheels. This means that they are more resilient and roll more easily than most generic rubber tired wheels. All wheels shown in the chart feature roller bearings, and are offered in multiple sizes.
The second chart shows our standard offerings of Synthetic rubber-on-aluminum wheels. Synthetic is a special formula of rubber that provides far better chemical and oil resistance than standard rubber. These wheels also have a hardness of 70 Durometer (+-5, Shore A) and come standard with roller bearings. Although they are not listed on the caster pages, all of these wheels are available in many of our caster series. Consult factory for pricing and availability.
Stainless Steel wheels are ideally suited for corrosive situations, high heat environments and heavy-duty applications. These wheels are made from Type 303 stainless steel and are also available as machined V-Grooved wheels in the same diameters.
Series S wheels are ideal in harsh environments such as autoclaves, food processing plants, chemical plants, pharmaceutical operations, and on animal cages.
Series S wheels are available with either plain bore, Delrin bearings, or stainless steel ball bearings. Consult factory for custom machining or special bearing options (allowing even higher capacities).
