Industrial Tray Drying Oven

Construction of double walled, with rigid framework and heavily insulated with glass wool, fresh air inlet and suitable exhaust will be provided. The interior will be finished with heat resistant aluminium and the outer is finished with attractive colour paint

Heating is accomplished by the aid of strip heaters made out of imported BDH Nichrome wire provided on the sides of the inner chamber to obtain maximum temperature.

Temperature Control Cabinet

Tripled walled construction with force air circulation system. 75mm glass wool insulation is provided in between the two walls. Inside chamber made out of aluminium or stainless steel as desired. Out side mild steel with MS powder coated and interventing walls G.I. The door is massive construction having glass viewing window and seals against atmospheric infiltration by resillent asbestos and rubber gasket.
