APPLICATION

• Working table is made of Stainless Steel Sheet (SS-304 grade).
• Side panels and front doors are made out of thick transparent plexi glass.
• Air drawn through pre-filter is made to pass through highly effective HEPA (High Efficiency Particular Air) filters having efficiency rating as high as 99.99% with cold DOP and 99.97% with hot DOP, thus retaining all air-borne particles of size 0.3 micron and larger.
• Heavy Duty Motor operates with minimum noise level.
• Working area is illuminated by fluorescent lighting fitted to the unit.
• Supplied complete with S.S. Satin finish Table Top, Transparent front door, Static Pressure Manometer, Built in U.V. Germicidal light and Cock for gas, air or vacuum line, HEPA filters and pre-filter.
• The highly efficient HEPA filter maintains the optimum cleanliness and purity.
• The prefilter fitted extends the life of HEPA filter drastically.

The incubator is triple walled construction, proper glass wool insulation is provided to minimize the heat loss. Heating is accomplished by the aid of coil type heaters located at the bottom and two vertical sides. Supplied complete with adjustable trays made out of the similar materials of the inner chamber. Thermostat for automatic temperature control, indicating lamps, plug and cord for operation on 230 Volts, 50 c/s. AC Mains.

Temperature Range: 5C above ambient to 60C with an accuracy of + 0.5C.

With double walled construction, in between two walls sufficient glass wool insulation is provided, to minimize the heat loss. Heating is accomplished by the aid of the coil type heaters located at the base of the chamber. Supplied complete with adjustable trays made out of the similar material of the inner chamber. Thermostat for automatic control, indicating lamps, plug and cord for operation on 230 Volts 50c/s. AC mains.

Temperature Range: 5 Deg.c. above ambient to 60 Deg. C. with + 0.5 Deg. C. Accuracy.

Inner ss. 304, outer m.s powder coated surface. Refrigeration by Kirloskar copeland (eco friendly) compressor.

Temperature control by digital control by digital controller. Accuracy + 0.5C. puf insulation is provided. Unit will have stirrer for uniform temperature.

When selective switch bye- passes the compressor circuit and energises a high wattage heater. Inner glass/ Perspex door and outer double walled metal door with locking arrangement. Three perforated shelves (removable) will be supplied. Illuminator working with operating of door. Suitable to work on 220 volts, single phase, 50 c/s. AC mains.
