A handy pocket caliper, made from solid brass. Close tolerance dovetail design ensures smooth motion of the caliper and provides accurate measurements. Graduated in both imperial and metric graduations with a least count of 1/16" on the imperial scale and 0.1 mm on the metric scale, these are ideal for use by mechanics, hobby crafters etc. who need to take measurements on small objects such as nails, screws, lenses, tubing etc.
DescriptionThese are available in two types:1. Brass Calipers (Outside)2. Brass Calipers (Inside and Outside) 1) Brass Calipers (Outside) Used for making external measurements from zero to the measuring range of the caliper2) Brass Calipers (Inside and Outside) Used for making both internal and external measurements. External measurements can be made from 0 - 4" (0 - 100 mm), whereas internal measurements can be made from 7/32" (5 mm) to 4" (100 mm)

Description1. Rivited head to give rigid position without play.
2. Just twist the nut and each reamer expands to the smallest size of the next larger size
3. Tension can easily be adjusted as desired.
Manufactured from selected steel, the legs are exceptionally rugged and well finished. The leg that holds the adjustable point is offset. The locating lug is incorporated in the straight leg.
Description1. These are very useful in layout work for locating and testing centres, laying off distances from an edge etc.
2.Working faces hardened to 58 HRC
