The Round Ceiling Diffuser is fabricated from spun aluminium and typically used for supply air diffusion but alternatively can be considered as an attractive alternative for bathroom exhaust applications.

The core is adjustable and acts as both a balancing damper and pattern control.

The diffuser can be fixed into position using the fixing clips provided. The standard finish is white electrostatic powdercoat.

The HES square plaque diffusers are ideal for most commercial and residential projects requiring high quality diffusers for integration with a variety of ceiling types.

Having been designed to satisfy engineering criteria as well as architectural requirements, the clean face plaque design blends beautifully with any décor.

The diffuser is available in a wide variety of core styles as a 4, 3, 2 or 1 way pattern and offers great flexibility of use, as it can provide diffusion of air suitable to the type of surroundings.

The HES square ceiling diffusers are designed to achieve an even supply air distribution from any type of ceiling.

The HES are available with a flush / surface mounted or beveled edge.

Round Diffuser Frame and cones are constructed from high quality aluminium sheet.

Inner cones fixed rigidly to the frame. [Removable core available]

The standard butterfly damper in supply diffuser can be easily adjusted through the face of the unit by means of a screw driver or a simple hook.

Damper is fixed to the frame by rivets.

Foam gasket is sealed around the back of the frame as option to avoid air leakage.

The diffuser can be used for ceiling or exposed duct mounting and has a fixed horizontal air pattern.

 

Frame and inner cones of round ceiling diffuser is made of high quality aluminium sheet construction with the advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity.

Inner cones fixed centrally to the frame. Cones can be taken out by pushing inward, turn around and pull down. This provides easy installation, maintenance and access to the duct.

Radial, opposed blade damper is fixed to the frame by rivets. Damper can be operated by screw through diffuser face.

Foam gasket is sealed around the back of the frame as option to avoid air leakage.

Discharge pattern can be adjusted for horizontal flow by extending the cones and for vertical flow by retracting the cones.

Can be used for ceiling or exposed duct mounting especially in installation when an adjustable pattern is required.

Frame is fabricated from high quality extruded aluminium profiles with the advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity.

Perforated panel is fixed to the frame by screws. Panel can be removed easily by loosening the screws.

Different types of internal cores can be fixed inside the perforated panel as option. Core is fixed to the frame with aluminium pins loaded with steel springs. Core can be easily removableand interchangeable to allow for maximum flexibility in installation and maintenance.

For supply air diffusers, Perforated sheet is slightly lowered below the centre line. Thisarrangement provides improved horizontal airflow.

Perforated Ceiling Diffuser can be manufactured for horizontal 1-way, 2-way, 3-wayand 4-way throw applications.
