Details :Maltodextrin Powder is produced by enzymatic hydrolysis of corn starch. Maltodextrin is a moderately sweet polysaccharide used as a food additive. It is produced from corn starch and is usually found as a creamy white hygroscopic powder. Maltodextrin is easily digestible, being absorbed as rapidly as glucose. It has a dextrose equivalent (DE) of 10-25% it provides a convenient way to replete energy reserves. Maltodextrin is a complex carbohydrate combination that provides long-lasting energy. Details :Dextrins are degradation products obtained by treating starch under carefully controlled conditions. Dextrins are made by heating starch in dry form with small amounts of catalyst.
