Cyclone separators are used in Cement Plant, Coal Washery and Mineral Processing industries which are subject to severe abrasion and suffer heavy wear. Hofmann supply cyclones and its component either in Ceratuff-92, AZS or SiC-871 as per criticality of the equipment and its size and shapes. Advantages of AZS and SiC-871 is that it can cast to any shape and size just like metal casting and thus can make any intricate and irregular shape which is very difficult to get in Ceratuff-92. Hofmann select suitable material of lining depending upon contour of the work, operation parameter like temperature, pressure, material handled & cost effectiveness. i.e. We shall provide you with a system, which reduces downtime, improves working efficiency & is thus cost effective.
