Each module/channel is a complete instrument in itself with its visual alarms & relay outputs, except for regulated power supply which is provided by the master power supply board. It has the correspondingdetector of application specific type. The detector is mounted at the location of interest and senses thegas if any through diffusion. It responds to vapor or gas, toxic, explosive or smoke, with the proportionatechange in electrical characteristics. This change is electronically amplified and used to operate the electronic switching circuits & relay contacts. Isolated relays with NO/NC contacts are provided for signaling alarm and malfunction conditions. Relay contacts could be typically used to actuate remote alarms, increase ventilation, shut off the gas supply, or shut down a process. A suction based sampling system being employed, the sensors detectors are of very sturdy construction, with weatherproof or ex-proof housings and are designed to serve for several years under normal operating conditions. When a sensor detects a concentration of gas or vapor above the first preset level, it actuates an ON alarm LED. Further increase in concentration, other alarm LEDs will be progressively actuated. With this arrangement, the user can readily distinguish the area harboring a gas concentration and its levels.

wireless repeater (wireless range extender) takes an existing signal from a wireless transmitter andre-broadcasts it to create a second network. When two or more hosts have to be connected with one another and distance is too long for a direct connection to be established, a wireless repeater is used to bridge the gap. Wireless repeaters are commonly used to improve signal range and strength within plants and offices.
This wireless transmitter works along with wireless repeater. In this type of wireless transmitter repeater arrangement, the cap of the sensor is perforated at top of the transmitter, which allows the surrounding atmospheric air to get diffused with the sensor. Thus if any gas is present in the atmosphere, it will cause variation in the sensor output indicating the presence of the gas. The sensor output is then amplified by theelectronic circuitry and digitally displayed on the transmitters LCD & transmitted in air through the wireless module transmitter repeater, which is then received by wireless module receiver. Depending upon the level of gas present, which also displays on receiver LCD, an alarm is triggered at corresponding levels.
The RC-200, a NEMA 1 rack / panel mount, modular plug-in design including modular power supply, 2 to 8 channel / 19 rack capacity, discrete analog 4 20 mA outputs, discrete or zoned alarm relays (2 alarms per fault), status and parameters accessible via RS 485 (optional), compatible with PLCs, SCADA and DCs, compatible with all types of transmitters, alarm disable, alarm silence function.

Personal air sampler with an appropriate sample head is designed to collect virtually any industrial contaminant including particulate samples like dust, fibres, fumes and mists as well as vapours and gases where a high flow rate is permitted.
Air containing contaminants is drawn through the sampling head at an optimum rate. The suction is provided by a pump driven by DC Motor with dry or Rechargeable batteries. The flow rate is variable by the user to suit the sampling techniques.
Air Quality stations deliver precise measurement data in real-time for a wide range of air pollutants in a discreet and compact package. Measurable parameters include: ozone (O3); nitrogen dioxide (NO2); nitrogen oxides (NOx): carbon monoxide (CO); carbon dioxide (CO2); sulphur dioxide (SO2); volatile organic compounds (VOC); and particulate matter by mass (PM10and PM2.5) or size distribution (0.3 to 10 m, 8-channels)

The TL-205 is a rechargeable, hand-held unit that tests the response of the detectors with a highly accurate fire simulation that utilizes authentic ultraviolet and infrared radiation sources that can be used for periodic inspection of UV, single frequency IR and UV/IR flame detection systems. It produces UV and IR radiation to verify the response of the flame detection system without the need for an open flame and is suitable for use in hazardous (classified) areas. The test performed is identical to an Ultraviolet detector, an Ultraviolet/Infrared detector, or a Multi-spectral Infrared type of flame detector.
The HNL Flame Detector is a compact and highly responsive Flame / Fire Detector. The Unit incorporates an extremely sensitive sensing circuit that responds to high energy sources in a bandwidth of 185 260 nm with optimum spectral sensitivity centred around 200 nm.
Thus HNL Flame Detector is the most effective in early detection of a fire before they can possibly cause damage. In contrast, other types of detectors operate at a disadvantage. Smoke detectors do not operate until the fire has developed into a sufficient size to accelerate smoke along with strata of hot air rising to the detector.
It is particularly suitable for use in outdoor applications because it is not affected by wind or rain. Various models
to detect & control the presence or absence of flame are available.
