HAICO pH meters can measure pH, mV, and temperature.A pH value indicates how much H+ has dissociated from molecules within a solution.A pH less than 7 indicates an acidic solution and a pH greater than 7 indicates a basic solution.
They use the latest microcontroller technology to provide the most accurate readings on the 3 digit display.The instruments can be calibrated using up to 3or 5point calibration on the click of a key. They have the facility of auto buffer recognition. The calibration is retained in the memory even after the instrument is switched off thereby eliminating the need for frequent calibrations as in conventional instruments. The temperature compensation facility, both automatic and manual is available in model 101. The measurement range is from-2.00 to20.00 pH with a resolution of 0.01 pH.

HAICOMuffle Furnace is a kind of front loading box type kiln, which is used to create extremely high temperature required to perform various heat treatment processes such as annealing, ash determination and coal analysis etc. The heating temperature inside muffle furnace chamber may vary between 900C to 1400C and high temperature 1600C to 1800C. The key usage of a laboratory muffle furnace is to evaluate characteristics of materials under high heat; therefore, it is widely used in industrial and laboratory research facilities and some educational projects. Depending upon applications and sample sizes, it is available in different dimensions and material of construction etc; furthermore, a number of accessories such as printer and temperature chart recorder can also be fitted to keep records of batch name, furnace temperature, date and time. ConstructionOur muffle furnaces are durable, ruggedly designed and offer long service life. The outer body (case) is made of thick mild steel (18 / 20 gauge) powder coated and optional GMP (SS 304 / 316) shaped with welded joints and branded nuts bolts and screws. Inner chamber (heating zone) is made of Ceramic tile (up to 1200C), Zirconia board (Up to 1600C) and high alumina bricks (1800C).
Control PanelA control panel has everything you need to run a muffle furnace. Power on/off MCB, programmable controller, indicators and electric meters etc. are fitted at control panel. Depending on design, a control panel can be designed at right side or bottom of the unit.
Heating ElementsIn order to achieve higher accuracy, we use only imported and branded heating elements for our muffle furnace; for up to 1100C temperature, we use Kanthal A-1 heating elements, from 1200C to 1600C Silicon carbide (SiC) heating elements are used. molybdenum Disilicide (MoSi2) heating elements are used for 1800C muffle furnace.
ControllerA controller is a device which sets temperature of a muffle furnace; we use various controllers that are branded and deliver high temperature accuracy. We use digital PID controller, programmable controller with ramp and soak modes and PLC with HMI interface; it is totally customers' choice which type of controller he needs in his muffle furnace.

OurStability Chambers are durably constructed for long service life. Standard models come with inner chamber made of stainless steel 304 grade sheet; while exterior is made of thick GI sheet powder coated for rust free performance. We also makeGMP modelscompletely made of stainless steel 304 or 316 grades as required. The gap between exterior and interior walls is filled with thick layer of high density PUF insulation. Outer door is made solid in nature and also insulated with PUF material; it is also fitted with locking arrangement to prevent unauthorized access.
We use control systems of only reputed brand available in the market.in addition to PID controllers we also usePLC based color HMI control systemas option. It features touch screen controller with data logging and memory storage functions. User can also transfer data into pen drive to further save into computer or laptop or even connect the chamber with computer (Ethernet). Several types of safety errors with buzzers can also be configured through HMI.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Construction:The overall stability chamber is built on a rigid stainless steel frame, which is nicely jointed with nuts and bolts and arc welding. We use thick gauge of stainless steel 304 or 316 as required. High density PUF insulation is filled between inner and external chambers. Each chamber is provided with suitable number of steel wire mesh cable trays (removable) 4 to 8 or more. Temperature & Humidity:The temperature range of our stability test chambers is 10C to 60C; while the humidity range is 35% to 95% RH. As per ICH guidelines our chambers are ideal for storage conditions 25C at 60% RH, 40C at 75% RH, 30C at 65% RH and 25C at 40% RH. Refrigeration System:For refrigeration, we equip our stability chambers with EMERSON brand CFC free compressors that are hermetically sealed and feature quiet operation. During our 25 years, we found it most dependable and cost effective. Heating:SS tubular air heaters of any reputed brand on the market are fitted to generate warm temperature inside the chamber. Humidity system:For humidity system, we use stainless steel tank and ISI mark immersion heater. It also features automatic water filling and low water safety device. Air circulation:Air circulation is mandatory function to maintain uniform temperature and humidity across the chamber; therefore, we equip our stability test chambers with motorized blower assembly withquiet operation and long life. Control System:Controller is responsible set desired temperature and humidity range. We equip our stability chambers with imported and branded PID controllers, which feature set value (SV) and process value (PV). We also use PLC based HMI controller which is advance system and features color touch screen, various error display, data logging and data transfer to pen drive or direct printout. Illumination:Interior illumination is done by LED light which can be supported by cyclic timer if required. It controls the ON/OFF timing of light for a week. Safety Features:Each stability chamber is equipped with many safety features ensuring you reliable working with with over temperature protection, over current protection and low and high temperature limits and time delay forcompressor switch on etc. Data logging:Data logging is important feature, we also provide data logging feature with our stability chambers; PC interface with RS485 communication and also 21 CFR part 11 software.
