Scope of Standard Supply
Nos. 0, 1, & 2 supplied with Handle with one ball weight, Nos.3 to 6 with two ball weights.Nos. 0 to 5 supplied with Flywheel with one handle (rod). No.6 with two handles (rods) and nos. 8 to 10 with three handles (rods).Nos. 0 & 5 fitted with 2 clamps, Nos.6 to 8 & 10 with four clamps.Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 are supplied with bushing in the hole through base.Base Hole adjustable with Bushing to suit different jobs.Nos. 6 (Single sided) and Nos. 6, 8, 10 (Double sided) are supplied with a wheel.

FrameMade of cast iron with high grade quality, properly seasoned after rough machining. Bearing surfaces are hand scrapped.
Crank shaftMade of special steel to withstand the effective load, property machined, fitted in bushes with high accuracy.
Ram slideMade of cast iron with high grade quality, property seasoned after rough matching, Bearing surfaces are hand scrapped, with remand hole for die clamping.
Fly wheelMade of high grade cast iron and is designed to generate the required energy.
BrakeThe Brake is powerful and works on the top dead compensated by springs.
StrokePresses are manufactured with adjustable stroke and adjustments can be made by means of a worm.
ClutchThe clutch is very rigid, better supported and less liable to suffer damage under heavy operating conditions the clutch gives continuous stroke for mass production.
Rolling keyThe key is double key rolling type made out of special alloy steel of EN series.
LubricationAn efficient lubrication system can be provided to lubricate the sliding surfaces and moving parts at extra cost.
Elector & double key systemThese can be provided specially for the use of springs dies against extra cost.
