We are pleased to introduce ourselves as leading manufacturer of quality S.G. (Ductile), Malleable & Grey Iron castings which are produced as per Indian/International specifications. The Company was set up in the year 1959 and started production in 1961. Since then it has been manufacturing Graded , Malleable & Ductile Iron castings weighing 20 grams to 100 Kgs. We have a mechanized foundry with a battery of Induction Furnaces supported by Development , Processing & Quality Control Department. The foundry is supported by well equipped Pattern Shop, Fettling & Grinding Shop, Heat Treatment Shop having Bell & Pit Cycle Annealing Furnaces, Machine Shop, Physical, Chemical & Metallorgaphic testing facilities and Spectrometer for chemical analysis. The Company has been awarded ISO 9001-2008 and ISO / TS 16949 – 2009 & eNVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 14001 certificates by BSI Management Systems India Pvt. Ltd. which conforms our commitment to quality. We got specialization in manufacturing Insulator Caps, Automobile Castings, Railway OHE Fittings etc. We are RDSO approved source of castings of Empty Load Device, Slack Adjuster, Pantograph and Air Brake assemblies & Adapters . The list of our customers includes reputed companies such as Tata Motors Ltd., Telcon, Electrosteel, Mcnally Bharat, Escorts Ltd., Motor Industries Co. Ltd., Timken India Ltd., Burn Standard Co.
