HHV Gate valves have high conductance, and fabricated out of stainless steel SS 304, are designed for reliability and for use as in-line chamber isolation valves and load lock applications. These Gate valves are fitted with Neoprene "O" rings as standard and optionally viton o "O" rings are offered. Viton sealed valves can be baked up to 150 deg.C under normal mode.
HHVs manually operated Needle Valves are suited for admitting defined, clearly reproducible gas streams into a vacuum chamber. Needle Valve consists of a Brass housing a regulating needle of stainless steel and a valve seat made of Brass. In closed position, the needle is passed against the conical valve seat by a pressing spring. The needle moves in the axial direction. It is coupled to the actuating knob over a ball bearing.
HHVs Manually Operated Air Admittance Valves are designed and manufactured for admitting air into the vacuum chamber or pipeline to break vacuum. These valves can be mounted on panels or at any other convenient point as per the usersrequirement.
HHV offers pneumatically operated Right Angle Valve of 25mm and 50 mm in Aluminium and other models Stainless Steel. These Right Angle Valves are fitted with neoprene "O" rings as standard and optionally viton "O" rings are offered. These valves are used as "in-line" chamber isolation valve. Right Angle Valves are leak tight to the sensitivity of 10-9 m.bar litsec.
