We manufacture various knurling bolts for critical assemblies. The screws are made as per customer drawing in class 8.8 or 10.9.
We have developed & manufacturing this type of bolt & presently supplying to Tier 1 customers for application at seat assembly in FIAT PUNTO model.
We manufacture all types of cold forged studs for various applications like gear box, engine assembly, load body fitting etc. Metal end of the studs are threaded as per Force fit standards. For identification Nut end chamfer is converted into radius shape.
We supply Wide range of Hexagonal half thread bolts as per IS / DIN standard. The high tensile screws/ bolts are heat-treated to property class 8.8 / 10.9 .The screws/ bolts can be supplied without heat treatment as per 4.8 / 6.8 class
We manufacture various types of half thread Flange Bolts as per IS/ JIS and TML Standards. The screws can be supplied as indented head, fully trimmed or untrimmed head as per customer requirements
