The TFT full color LCD display mounted on the surface plate clearly displays instrument readings in both digital and graphic format to show real time measurements and trends.

The well balanced, easy-to-carry instrument can be placed on its end for easy visibility of the touch screen monitors to operators working away from the instrument.

Batteries installed in the handle are easily replaced.

A powerful long-life pump can be used to draw air through a 10 meter tube. This allows the instrument to be used to measure the inside of rooms without the need to enter the room.

The most common customized valve concept is the tandem valve or valve and fitting combination. A main valve is ported and a section of tube is welded to the port to create an access point into the valve. The Revo Series R range of actuators is ideal for operating quarter-turn valves, especially butterfly, ball and plug valves. Typical applications are 90 or 180 rotary motion and Multiposition function.

The linear counter movement of the pistons is transmitted into the required 90 travel by means of the integrated racks of the pistons and the pinion.

All Revo actuators are suitable for on/off or modulating control operations. Double-acting actuators are operated by air in both directions (open and closed) whilst single-acting actuators can be supplied with springs to open or close. On air failure these will then go into a fail-safe position.

Saunders Welded Tandems And Manifolds

The most common customized valve concept is the tandem valve or valve and fitting combination. A main valve is ported and a section of tube is welded to the port to create an access point into the valve. This tube can in turn be welded to a second valve forming a two-valve cluster, or the tube can be turned into a weld end, hygienic clamp or other type of fitting. The resultant product is designed to optimise drain ability and meets standard process considerations including camps for dead leg minimisation.
