The Air Filter restricts solid constituents such as dust, pollen, mold, and bacteria from the air passing through it. We offer different types of Air Filter for different applications. Air Filter has wide applications in Kitchen Exhaust, Coolant Mist, Welding Fumes, Grinding Dust, Laser Cutting, Injection Molding, and other industrial contaminants.

Hose Pipes is an elastic hollow tube designed to transfer different types of fluids. The customers can avail Hose Pipes from us in various specifications such as size, pressure rating, weight, length, chemical compatibility and straight hose or coil-hose. These Hose Pipes are made from different materials like nylon, polyurethane, polyethylene, PVC, or synthetic or natural rubbers as per the applications.

Crank Pin Bush is full floating bearing bush & is used on forged crankshaft for water cooled unit. Main bearing Crank Pin Bush is made from aluminum in one piece with axial cut and is capable of carrying both redial & thrust load. Crank Pin Bush (two halves) is a precision bushing which requires no adjustment. Crank Pin Bush is also made from perfect composition with aluminum ingots, heat treated & complete machined with groove in center & drilled for making oil film for perfect lubrication & maintaining correct oil pressure. Steel bushing is used in Air cooled compressors which is available for immediate shipment. Steel bushing is properly heat treated with internal & external grinding and smooth & shining surface. Internal surface will match the dimension of crank pin with easy hand press sliding & external surface with big end of connecting rod for easy assembly & for long life.

Our Piston Rods are heat treated so as to meet mechanical properties & tensile strength. Having fine threads with close pitch on both end (crosshead side / piston side), our Piston Rods ensure better looking & top / bottom clearance. Plasma coated Piston Rods can be arranged as per the requirement of customers. Our Piston Rods are ground to close finish, so as to increase the life of oil scrapper rings & packing rings.

Forged Connecting Rods are drilled internally to maintain lubrication & oil pressure of unit. The big end & small end of Forged Connecting Rods are perfectly bored so as to match original clearances with steel bush for air cooled unit & aluminum bronze floating bushes for water cooled unit. All the Forged Connecting Rods are machined on both the sides. Centre distance between big end & small end is maintained for perfect straightness & boring of big end & small end.

We offer Crank Shaft for air cooled compressors, which rotates on heavy duty ball bearings that are hydraulic pressed with axial alignment. This Crank Shaft is dynamically balanced for vibration free working of unit & properly drilled for mounting of centrifugal un-loaders to release pressurized Air / Gas from intercoolers during unload position. Forged heavy duty Crank Shaft is used for water cooled heavy duty compressors. Crank Shaft is machined and ground on main bearing journal & crank pin journal by maintaining diametric and axial tolerance perfectly with main bearing bushing & crank pin bushing. Also it is internally drilled for oil path for proper lubrication & to maintain oil pressure. Crank Shaft is available for both the type of compressors that are air cooled & water cooled unit.

We offer Ring Gaskets of different sizes for I/R & KPC compressors with MOC, Asbestos, Non Asbestos, Spiral steel, Ring Gasket of solid copper / solid aluminum, copper asbestos, aluminum asbestos with proper standard thickness and roundness. Ring Gaskets come with standard oil seals with S.S. Spring for grip with different sizes of compressors of I/R & KPC.

Air Cooled Compressor Piston is used for Air-cooled compressors and water-cooled compressors. Air Cooled Compressor Piston is manufactured by graded cast iron & aluminum alloys with perfect machining. We can provide Air Cooled Compressor Piston as per specifications, drawings or sample of customer's requirement. Air Cooled Compressor Piston is available with standard specifications, dimensions, material of constructions with reliability.

We provide Piston Rings with MOC cast iron, PTFE, thermoplastic in any size as per specifications, drawings, sample provided by the customer. For lubricated compressor individual cast iron Piston Ring with 45 degree is available. Our Piston Rings have perfect roundness & spring tension as per the applications & customer's requirements. Unloaded Piston Rings are also available in glass filled PTFE & bronze metallic rings.

Valve Plates are properly heat treated & micro finished for leak proof valve assembly. Our Valve Plates are designed to give best operating efficiency against high pressure & high temperature of unit. We offer Valve Plates matching with the OEM specifications. Avail the Valve Plates from us in standard as well as customized specifications as per the needs.
