Product Display Management

The number of products you can display on priority depends on the limit you are given with your membership. Check the ‘No. of Product / Service displayed on Priority ranking’ for your membership plan to know your limit.

Note: FREE members cannot display their products on priority basis.

•  Scroll your cursor to ‘Product/Services’ on the top navigation bar
•  From the drop-down menu, select ‘Manage Display Order’. You will be redirected to the ‘Manage Display Order’ page.
•  Here, you can see a list of all the products that you have added in your catalog/folder
•  You can give number to the products according to the order you want to place them in

While ranking your products in the display order, you need to consider which product you want to be visible first on your mini catalog.

The products that aren’t ranked in the display order do not appear on the first page of your catalog and are also ranked lower on the HTM pages on ExportersIndia.Com.

Product group groups your products in your mini catalog or company profile. You can create product groups and add products to them to minimize the list of products on your mini catalog. This helps in the proper classification and categorization of products for the buyers.

•  Scroll your cursor to ‘Product/Services’ on the top navigation bar
•  From the drop-down menu, select ‘Add Product’s Group’. You will be redirected to the ‘Add New Product Group’ page.
•  Here you can view all the groups you have created along with their names, details, pictures, and product count.
•  To add new product group, click on ‘+Add New Group’ option on top of the list.
•  In the fields that open up, add the Group Name and Group Description along with the photo.
•  Press the ‘Add Product Group’ button to successfully create a new product group.

•  Scroll your cursor to ‘Product/Services’ on the top navigation bar
•  From the drop-down menu, select ‘Manage Product Group’. You will be redirected to the ‘Manage product Group’ page.
•  Go to any product and click on ‘Select Group’.
•  From the drop-down, click on ‘+Add New Group’ option.
•  You will be redirected to the ‘Add New Group Page’ where you can create a new group.

•  The product ‘Group Name’ should carry the name of the group that you want to add.
•  ‘Group Description’ should have the brief description of the group and what type of products are inside it so that the buyers can easily identify what type of products they may find inside.

•  Scroll your cursor to ‘Product/Services’ on the top navigation bar
•  From the drop-down menu, select ‘Add Product’s Group’. You will be redirected to the ‘Add New Product Group’ page.
•  Here, you will find a list of all the groups that you have created so far.
•  Scroll down to any group you want to edit and click on the ‘Edit’ option in front of it.
•  You will be taken to the ‘Edit Product Group’ page of that product where you can change the group name or description.
•  Once you have made changes in the group name and description, click on ‘Edit product Group’ to successfully save the changes.

•  Scroll your cursor to ‘Product/Services’ on the top navigation bar
•  From the drop-down menu, select ‘Manage Product Group’. You will be redirected to the ‘Manage product Group’ page.
•  Go to the product whose group you want to change
•  On the right side of the product, you can find the ‘Product Group’ section.
•  From that section, click on ‘Change’ and select the group you want to move your product into.
•  You can also click on ‘+Add New Group’ to add a new group and move your products to that group.

•  Scroll your cursor to ‘Product/Services’ on the top navigation bar
•  From the drop-down menu, select ‘Manage Product Group’. You will be redirected to the ‘Manage product Group’ page.
•  Go to the product you want to add to your product group
•  On the right side of the product, go to the ‘Product Group’ section.
•  Here, select group that you want to add the product to.

•  Scroll your cursor to ‘Product/Services’ on the top navigation bar
•  From the drop-down menu, select ‘Add Product’s Group’. You will be redirected to the ‘Add New Product Group’ page.
•  Scroll down to the product group whose products you want to view
•  On the right side of the product group, you can click on the ‘View All Products’ option
•  You will be redirected to the product page where you can view all the products you have added to that particular group.

•  Scroll your cursor to ‘Product/Services’ on the top navigation bar
•  From the drop-down menu, select ‘Add Product’s Group’. You will be redirected to the ‘Add New Product Group’ page.
•  Scroll down to the product group you want to delete
•  On the right side of the group, you can view the option to ‘Delete’

No, deleting a product group does NOT delete the products inside it.

•  Scroll your cursor to ‘Product/Services’ on the top navigation bar
•  From the drop-down menu, select ‘Add Product’s Group’. You will be redirected to the ‘Add New Product Group’ page.
•  Scroll down to the product group whose name you want to change
•  Click on the ‘Edit’ button on the right side of the group
•  You will be redirected to the ‘Edit Product Group’ page
•  Here, you can change the name of the product group
