Normally, there are two types of aluminium bags available based on quality. One is pure aluminium bag, which means its component is 100% aluminium and its transparency is extremely low and protect the teas from all lights. Another is aluminium-coated bag, which refers to its not 100% aluminium, so its transparency is not as good as the pure aluminium bag.Aluminium Bags/Foils are widely used for the purpose of Packaging, Insulation, EMF Shielding, Cooking certain food items, Art & Decoration, Geochemical sampling, Polishing Steel, Ribbon Microphones, and many more.

BOPP (Bi-axially Oriented Polypropylene) Tape:Polypropylene (PP), also known as polypropene, is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications including packaging, textiles (e.g., ropes, thermal underwear and carpets), stationery, plastic parts and reusable containers of various types, laboratory equipment, loudspeakers, automotive components, and polymer banknotes."Bi-axially Oriented" means that the polypropylene film is stretched in both the machine direction (MD) and across machine direction (AMD). It has got superior strength at low gauges, flatness, clarity and excellent printability.This is used in limitless array of flexible packaging applications, pressure sensitive tapes, labels, stationery, metalizing, consumer products and a wide variety of non-packaging uses.
Carton Box:Corrugated boxes are used as shipping / Storage containers. Boxes need to contain the product from manufacturing through distribution to sale and sometimes end-use. Boxes provide some measure of product protection by themselves but often require inner components such as cushioning, bracing and blocking to help protect fragile contents. The shipping hazards depend largely upon the particular logistics system being employed.The boxes are designed and manufactured in terms Strength, Size, Shape etc., depending upon the kind of product being packed / handled. The strength of the box can be known by conducting certain Tests as per Standards.It is important to meet the performance requirements of a box while controlling total costs. A gasket is a mechanical seal which fills the space between two or more mating surfaces, generally to prevent leakage from or into the joined objects while under compression. Gaskets allow "less-than-perfect" mating surfaces on machine parts where they can fill irregularities. Gaskets are commonly produced by cutting from sheet materials, such as gasket paper, rubber, silicone, metal, cork, felt, neoprene, nitrile rubber, fiberglass, Polytetrafluoroethylene (otherwise known as PTFE or Teflon) or a plastic polymer (such as polychlorotrifluoroethylene).Gaskets made up of PU and EPE materials available in various density are being most commonly used now a days.

A pallet is a flat transport structure that supports goods in a stable fashion while being lifted by a forklift, pallet jack, front loader or other jacking device. A pallet is the structural foundation of a unit load which allows handling and storage efficiencies. Goods or shipping containers are often placed on a pallet secured with strapping, stretch wrap or shrink wrap and shipped.While most pallets are wooden, pallets also are made of plastic, metal, and paper. Each material has advantages and disadvantages relative to the others. Pallets are mostly used for transporting heavy goods both for domestically and internationally in a safe manner.

An addition polymer made from the monomer propylene, it is rugged and unusually resistant to many chemical solvents, bases and acids.
The boxes/bins made out of this material are being widely used in Industrial and Commercial establishments for the storage and transportation of materials. These are preferred boxes as against Corrugated boxes due to their strength, re-usability and life duration.
Polyurethane foam refers to a number of different types of foam consisting of polymers made of molecular chains bound together by urethane links. It can be flexible or rigid, but has a low density. Flexible polyurethane foam is most often used in bedding and upholstery, while the more rigid variety is used for thermal insulation and in automobile dashboards.
Flexible polyurethane is made in blocks and then cut to its desired shape. This is the way in which furniture cushions are made, for instance. Some materials can substitute for this application of polyurethane foam, such as polyester fiber or steel springs. However, polyester fiber does not recover nearly as well as foam does after compression. Steel springs recover well, but can become noisy as they get worn out. They also require some form of cushioning between them and the user.

Silica gel is a granular, vitreous, porous form of silica made synthetically from sodium silicate. Despite its name, silica gel is a solid. It is a naturally occurring mineral that is purified and processed into either granular or beaded form. As a desiccant, it has an average pore size of 2.4 nanometers and has a strong affinity for water molecules.
Silica gel is most commonly encountered in everyday life as beads packed in a vapor-permeable plastic. In this form, it is used as a desiccant to control local humidity in order to avoid spoilage or degradation of some goods. Because of poisonous dopants and their very high absorption of moisture, silica gel packets usually bear warnings for the user not to eat the contents.
Silica gel is also used in Chemistry in chromatography as a stationary phase.
