BH Series Pumps are specially designed for hygienic applications. The pump consists of bearing housing with SMS/IDF/ Triclover at the suction and delivery port. The drive shaft allows for universal use of any drives. Two types of rotor and stator geometries are available for optimized performance.

The BH Series pumps are constructed with cast iron. Bearing housing, the rest of the housing is made of seamless stainless steel pipe which is polished without any rough surface thereby eliminating product retaining pockets to avoid contamination of the transferring medium, the rotating parts are available in materials like stainless steel 304, 316 etc., The stators are made of non contaminated elastomers like food grade nitrile, ethylene propylene, silicon, etc. depending on the applications. Shaft sealing is ensured by soft gland packing / mechanical sealing. The pump consists of universal pin joints which give outstanding reliability and longer service life. PERFORMANCE :

The BF series pumps are constructed with Cast iron bearing housing, the rest of the housing is made of cast iron or stainless steel, the rotating parts are available in numerous materials like Alloy Steel, Tool Steel, Stainless Steel 304, 316, A 20 etc., The stators are made of elastomers like Natural, Nitrile, Hypalon, Ethylene Propylene, Neoprene, Silicon, Viton etc depending on the applications. Shaft sealing is ensured by soft gland packing / mechanical sealing. The pump consists of universal pin joints which give outstanding reliability and longer service life. PERFORMANCE :

The BW series pumps are constructed with Cast Iron bearing housing, the rest of the housing is made of Mild Steel or Stainless Steel, and the wettled parts are available in numerous materials like Alloy Steel, Tool Steel, Stainless Steel 304, 316, A 20 etc. The stators are made of elstomers like Natural, Nitrile, Hypalon, Ethylene, Propylene, Neoprene, Silicon, Viton, etc the depending on the applications. BV Series pumps are compactly designed vertical pumps coupled with flange mounted drives. These pumps are used for emptying barrels, containers, tanks, pits etc.

BY Series of Pumps are designed with special geometries in 1/2 as well as 2/3 profiles. While cast iron and SS 316 material of construction are offered, special materials of construction are also available for highly corrosive fluids. Shaft sealing is ensured by soft Packed Gland/ Mechanical seal. Torsion free metal bonded stator and double sealed universal joints for longer service life and high efficiency.
