Stainless Steel wing seals are used to hold the steel banding in place after tensioning of the banding around the cladding or insulation materials.
Wing Seals are manufactured from Stainless Steel grade SS304, SS316, SS316L in standard size 13 mm, 19 mm, 25 mm in thickness typically in 0.5 mm, 0.6mm. Other sizes and thickness available on request
The Seals are typically packed in bags and cardboard boxes.

Self-Locking Round Bevelled Washers are used in conjunction with weld pins, insulation anchors and lacing anchors to fasten insulation in place.
The washers are manufactured in Stainless Steel and MS Galvanised Steel to fit different pin diameters.

Toggles can be supplied to be used for a wide variety of applications. Our toggles are manufactured to the highest standard can be supplied as a quick release, eccentric or with springs and locking device.
Toggle Clips are manufactured from Stainless Steel grade SS304, SS316, SS316L in standard size 1.5”, 2”, 2.5”. Other sizes available on request

Pre-formed Pipe Sections are highly recommended for industrial steam and process pipe lines in oil refineries, chemical plants and power projects. The Pipe Sections are available with facing like Aluminium Foil, Black veil or white Fibre Glass Tissue or without any facings. Available in Density from 128 kg/m to 200 kg/m

Rockwool Mineral wool Building Rolls are developed for the insulation of roofs, walls and floors. These temperature resistant rolls are best suitable for use in pre-engineered buildings, pre-fabricated houses, poultry farms, airports, auditoriums, AC ducting, etc. These are also recommended for thermal insulation material & acoustic insulation material in false ceilings. Rockwool Building Roll is very quick and easy installation of the material which makes the building envelope or the interiors absolutely airtight. Available in Densities: 48 kg/m to 64 kg/m

Loose Mineral wool and Granulated Loose wool is used for general purpose insulation, expansion relief packing, cavities of brickwork in furnaces, ovens and many other industrial equipment. It is mostly suitable for applications where preformed insulation material is difficult to apply. Loose Mineral Wool is available in HDPE bags of 40 kg each and Granulated Wool is available in HDPE bags of 25 kg each.

Elastomeric Nitrile Rubber Insulation is designed for the HVAC and Refrigeration industry. This insulation is highly recommended for condensation control due to its excellent moisture vapour resistance and thermal conductivity. Applications include refrigerant lines, cold-water plumbing and chilled-water systems.

Metal washers are used to spread the load of a bolt or screw over a larger area or to help prevent loosening under vibration. Keeping in mind the precise demands of clients, we offer a wide range of Plain metal Washers in MS Galvanised, Stainless Steel, Copper etc.
Our metal washers are manufactured in various grades of material specification and dimensions.

Our Inspection Plugs / Seals are designed and manufactured in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) programs on insulated and non-insulated pipes and vessels. These Inspection Plugs consists of an elastomer sleeve and a metal cap with handle, lanyard and locking ring. They are easy to remove & re use.
Inspection Windows are manufactured in Stainless Steel and Aluminium in 2.5”, 3” and 5” sizes. Other sizes are available on request.

Expansion Springs are used in conjunction with metal banding also referred to as Breather springs or Chill springs. By affixing to the banding they allow the banding to expand and contract where required. These are widely used over metal jacketing for oil and gas pipework.
Expansion springs are designed for 19mm (3/4") banding simply attached to banding/strapping with stainless steel wing seals. The banding is slipped through the seal and then through the spaced opening at either end of the spring.
Expansion springs are manufactured in standard size of 2” (50 mm) and 4” (100 mm) in Stainless Steel grade SS304, SS 316, and SS316L. Other sizes available on request

Our flat bar is available in various sizes, grades and finishes, including MS Galvanised / Stainless Steel to suit your requirements. The Flat Bars are used in forming supporting the Cladding n Insulation jobs in terms of spacer rings.

Galvanised wire is perfect for tying and lacing. Largely used as lacing wire in the insulation industry. As an alternative for more corrosive environments tying or lacing wire we also supply stainless steel tying or lacing wire in a range of grades including Stainless Steel SS304, SS316, SS316L, and Galvanised in variety diameters

Metal straps are required for securement of insulation and cladding materials. The range of straps mainly includes Stainless Steel grade SS304, SS316, SS316L, Galvanised and Aluminium in different gauges and width as per requirement.

Silicone sealant is a liquid form of adhesive. It has a different chemical make-up from other organic polymer-based adhesives. Unlike other adhesives,  silicone keeps its elasticity and stability in both high and low temperatures. Furthermore, silicone sealant is resistant to other chemicals, moisture, and weathering.

Stainless steel mesh wire rope is excellent for tying and securing metal jacketing in mechanical piping applications and insulation cladding jobs. It can also be used for gasketing, sealing, expansion and contraction applications. This material can also be used for lifting materials at height using pullies.

CAT 9 Hard Setting Cement is an intimate composite of uniquely developed and researched asbestos free inorganic mineral fibre combined with hydraulic cement and chemically inert fillers. CAT-9 cements combines with water to form a general purpose protective coating with self-setting properties. CAT-9 cement is suitable for application on thermal insulation of various types and sets without application of heat to produce a hard surface layer resistant to weather impact and abrasion damage. CAT-9 self-setting cement fulfils a vital function in the total insulation system by protecting both the integrity and thermal efficiency of basic insulant.                                       Application includes steam turbines, vessels, tanks, pipe works, chemical process plants, gas ducts etc.  It is non-combustible as per BS 476 part 4 and therefore suitable for surfacing light weight fire protection media applied on structural steel works. This Product exhibits temperature limit of  700° C for continuous service conditions.

Silicone Coated Fiberglass Cloth is a fiberglass fabric impregnated with a specially silicone rubber. It is designed to meet the rigid requirements for use in High Temperature. This special high temperature, flame retardant silicone rubber provides greater life and improved resistance to abrasion, flexing, tear and puncture. This product is designed specifically for high temperature for removable pads, flange and valve covers.Aluminised Coated Fibreglass Cloth also manufactured in required coating thickness. Coating can be single side or both side coating of glass cloth as per your requirement. Available in various colours and coating thicknesses and standard roll size of 1 x 50 Mtr

As well as supplying cladding in flat sheet or coil we also supply a range of profiles or corrugations which are used to provide protection for insulated equipment, towers and storage tanks.
Our range of products includes Aluminium Coils, Stainless Steel Coils, Galvanised Coils, Aluminised Sheets, and Perforated sheets for acoustical and personal protection, HDPE sheets.
We also provide factory applied polysurlyn and polykraft paper lamination on the Aluminium and Stainless Steel sheets for protecting cladding from corrosion under insulation.

These pins are used for welding on Tank / Vessel surface to be insulated. Insulation pins provides helps to retain the insulation in place with speed washers.
Insulation Pins and various diameters and Lengths are manufactured and supplied in different grades of material. L shaped Pins also manufactured as per size and requirement.   

Where banding or strapping isn’t practical, screws are a popular method of securement. They are quick and easy to use.  Screws are important for bonding and holding materials together in mechanical insulation applications such as metal jacketing Heatcon stocks a wide range of screws from self-tapping to self-drilling in variety lengths and grade of material.
Standard sizes available for Self Tapping Pan Head screws No.10x 13 mm and No.8 x 13 mm specially used in Insulation Cladding fastening in SS 304, SS316, SS316L grades.
