Harsiddh Engineering Company, being leading name in the manufacture and export of pharmaceutical packaging machinery provides excellent decontamination and sterilization equipments. Our specially designed equipment is used in sterilization and depyrogenation of ampoules, bottles and vials.
The machine comes as a complete unit with in-feed system, preheating and sterilizing zone, cooling and exit feed mechanism. As the bottles and vials move along the conveyor, they are sterilized. The equipment receives materials from up line washer and these are directed to the drying zone. At this zone, hot air vaporizes the washing moisture and preheats the bottles. They then move to the hot zone where they undergo sterilization and depyrogenation through heating. They are then subjected to cold air which cools them off before entering aseptic region. Our machines have CE certification.
Our sterilization machines uses advanced instrumentation and control topologies to effectively moderate heat, water, air and other materials. Temperature sensors regulate heating and cooling while pressure gauges regulate the system pressure. The conveyor belt speed is also carefully controlled. In addition the system has an advanced PLC control module that monitors and regulates all processes.

Our six head filling and sealing machine is specially designed to cater for all pharmaceutical, R&D and other chemical filling of sterile vials. The equipment handles vials ranging in various capacities. Our Vial Liquid Filling with Rubber Stoppering Machine has CE certification.
The machine fills liquid into the vial and then adds a rubber stopper. The device receives sterile vials that pass through a conveyor belt and then a star wheel that holds vials in position when filling. Special sensors are mounted to ensure that no vial, no filling condition is achieved. The filling process is achieved through the syringes and nozzles. After completion of the filling process, the star wheel exit mechanism delivers the six vials to the vibratory rubber stoppering system via a conveyor for sealing and finally exits vials after sealing.
The contact parts are manufactured using corrosion free stainless steel SS 316 and made according to cGMP specifications. Piston pumps are used during filling and the volume can be adjusted by altering the stroke length. Syringes have non-return valve to ensure that the sucking and delivery process have no volume variation.Liquid Vial Filling With Rubber Stoppering Machine is compact and free of vibrations. It uses a single synchronized motor to drive all units in tandem and ensure smooth operation. The stopper and vials can be heated and cleaned through pre and post nitrogen flushing system.

Harsiddh automatic oil filling machine is used to fill water and various types of oils including lubricant(engine) oil, automobile oil, hair and cooking oil etc. our electronic servo based fillers (Servo Based & Viscous Filling Machine) are used in filling other viscous or non-viscous liquid material like Petroleum Jelly, Grease, Lotion, Creams, Paints, distemper, balms etc.
The top loading in oil filling machine is manufactured with high durable stainless steel. The filling machine is equipped with quality conveyor belt, storage tank with 80 liters capacity, servo gear motors, PLC with touch screen HMI, pumps etc. The equipment can be customized as per the industrial need for various types of filling capacity and precision. This auto fillers (servo based) auto indexing the container below the filling nozzles, to fill the viscous products without any input.
It follows GMP standards available in one, two, four or six filling nozzles operating with very low maintenance. It works on no container, no filling principle, thus in the absence of container, it stops its feeding operation. Our Machine carries CE certification. It is suitable for all types of glass or PET containers for round, flat, oval shape and can fill the containers from 10ml to 1000ml in single dose based on the type and size of the container.

Harsiddh has been in the limelight for developing new advanced and innovative packaging machines. In line with this, we developed the induction cap sealer which creates and hermetic seal and thus prevent leakage, increases the product shelf life as well as performance. The induction capping equipment is designed to handle caps ranging between 25- 80 mm coupled with high efficiency, safe, reliable and compact sealing. This automatic online induction cap sealing machine is able to package 60 -80 BPM and has a line speed to 30 feet/ min.
At the heart of this equipment is an induction heating devices that generate heat for the perfect induction seal. The heating device is designed to save power and only uses 5 amps and the whole machine is rated 1.5KW. Our induction sealer carried industry best CE certification that assure of the best product.
The equipment design allows for online operation where bottles from other machines are conveyed to the sealing section. It is easily moveable since it is mounted on wheels. It has sophisticated control system features, microprocessor control, no bottle no sealing, no tooling operation, over temperature control, over current and overvoltage controls.
