Our vial capping machine ensures minimal contacts of the parts with the vials. Parts that come to contact with the cap or vial are manufactured from Stainless steel. The machine is able to fit a wide range of caps since the sealing pressure can be adjusted.
The placement of sealing cap is carefully controlled to enhance safety and functionality. Photo sensors are incorporated to ensure that sealing cannot proceed without an aluminum cap in the chute or stopper on the vial. The device uses a spring loaded sealing rollers which do not damage the cap.
The sealing machine is compact, easy to install and operate. It uses a single motor that synchronizes the motion of the conveyor, star wheels and the turrent platform. The speed can be adjusted to achieve varying production.

Harsiddh Bottle Screw / ROPP capping machine is widely acknowledged by pharmaceutical firms as having excellent features, functionality and high output ranging from 90 -250 bottles per minute. Our machines are recognized due to their low power utilization, compactness and safety features.
The device has advanced automatic control using sensors and feedback mechanisms. It detects no bottle, no cap in chute and other anomalies in order to stop the machine. The equipment is installed with safety devices that stop the machine in case of bottle overturn, jamming or overload. It uses a single motor that moves the conveyor, star wheel and the platform turret in tandem. It also has inbuilt counter that records the number of production rates. Bottle Screw / ROPP capping machine is specially designed such that parts in contact with the atmosphere and those touching the aluminum cap are manufactured from stainless steel. It incorporates a vibrating bowl and contact parts are made to cGMP standards. The external cabinet of the machine is manufactured from high quality aluminum. Our machine is designed for variability and can be used to cap various bottle sizes that range from 24 mm to 90mm diameter and 50mm to 250mm height.

The machine is designed and equipped with Orientation type Cap Feeder for continues feeding of Cap for online operation on any liquid or powder filling line. It allows bottles of different sizes, length and shape to be capped using a wide range of cap sizes. The closing torque or force can be adjusted to ensure a tight seal. The in feed and out feed system is specially designed to allow for online process such that bottles from filling machine are synchronously transferred to the capping section. The machine advance, control systems has sensors to implement no bottle no cap, no cap machine stop and machine stop when bottles jam to prevent breakage. Our machines are CE certified.
