Specifications Biomass Briquette OR Bio Coal is made from agricultural wastes by high compression process without adding any chemical or glue. We are manufacturer of biomass fuel briquettes (bio coal/white coal). We are having manufacturing facilities at different locations in Gujarat state. Our briquettes are quality product having solid, firm formation with minimal cracks, minimum moisture and minimum impurities like sand, clay etc. It can give CV from 3800+ KCal/Kg. We currently manufacture 90mm briquettes with production capacity 3500 Tons per month. We mainly use groundnut shells and sawdust for briquetting. Biomass briquette OR Biocoal is made from wastes such as sawdust, groundnut shells, cotton stalk, etc.; compresses it and then extrudes it to make a reconstituted log that can replace FO, Firewood and Coal. Burning a biomass briquette is far more efficient than burning firewood, FO or coal. Biocoal is cheaper than coal, wood and FO. A number of companies in India have switched from furnace oil, fire-wood and coal to biomass briquettes to save costs on boiler fuels. The use of biomass briquettes is predominant in the southern parts of India, where coal and furnace oil are being replaced by biomass briquettes. A number of units in Gujarat and Maharashtra are also using biomass briquettes as boiler fuel. Use of biomass briquettes can earn Carbon Credits for reducing emissions in the atmosphere. Many large companies are supposedly using biomass briquettes for earning Carbon Credits by switching their boiler fuel. Biomass briquettes also provide more calorific value/kg and save around 30-40 percent of boiler fuel costs.
