De-Coating Machine fitted with Two HP Motor with high ratio Gear Box and Cleaning Machine fitted with One HP Motor with high ratio Gear Box.

The electrode loaded in the Hoper and Pick-up Roller, picks-up electrode one -by- one and send to the De-coating station. At De-coating Station  it de-coat the electrode at the  faster rate and it is a continues process. After De-coating the wire claimed is with a fine layer of flux and need to clean. 

The Cleaning machine cleans the wire and  it can be re-usable for production.

The Flux reclaimed from de-coating can also be reused. 

The machine can be used for De-coating of the WET Electrodes. However the wet electrodes should be kept for  3-4 hours to dry naturally. 

The wastage may be almost negligible.

The Printing Unit designed for fine printing of  Brand Name, Make , Type, Dimension etc. on the Coating of every electrode. The Unit is well equipped with AC Motor 0.5 HP (0.37 Kw), Gear Box, Control Panel  with AC Drive Variable speed.

 

The Print Assembly :

• Print Roller : The Print Roller is size of 85mm (Dia) and 90mm (L) Surrounded with Nylon Stereo, Print Name etc. on the surface of electrode. The Stereo is easily exchangeable on the roller for different brands.
• Ink Roller : The Ink Roller made of Rubber picks up ink from Tray and spread uniformly so that continuous inking process available for print roller.
• Ink Transfer Roller : Brass Roller assembly fitted in centre to transfer ink from Ink Roller to Print Roller in controlled manner, so that a fine layer of ink spread on the printing stereo for sharp and clear printing on the electrode.
• Ink Tray : The printing Ink shall be filled in the tray for continuous printing.
• Nylon Stereo : The engraved Nylon Stereo shall be fixed on the Print Roller by double side adhesive cotton Tape.

 

Print System : 

• a. On- Line Printing  : The Printing machine is mounted on the Slow Conveyer  (Collection  Conveyer)  for on-line printing.
• b. Off-Line Printing : The machine can be mounted on Off-Line printing Station for printing electrode after baking.

The Flux Pulverizer is a specially designed machine for reclaiming Flux from wastage flux generated during the extrusion process, so that the wastage flux can be re-used immediately in the same mix or in the subsequent mix.

 

During the extrusion of electrodes the normal wastage of flux occurs due to :

• Leakage through the flux cylinder.

• Excess flux falling near the conveyer.

• Brushing waste.

• Wet de-coating flux.

• Residual from Extrusion Head.

 

The wastage when it directly used, gives serious eccentricity problem. By use of Wet Flux Pulverizer the entire wastage is ground finely and can be re-used for production without any eccentricity problem.

 

The wastage generated during the production process like Brushing and from Extrusion Head which become dry and can not be reused without making powder again. This is costly material and can be reused by grinding it. The Dry Flux Pulverizer specially designed for the Dry wastage.

Harmony High Temperature Resisting Inks are developed to Print Welding Electrodes with Neat , Clean Uniform and Sludge free printing . It can with stand as high as 450*C and more, without change in shade or sharpness of the impression.

The Super Magnifying Eccentricity Tester is specially designed for testing eccentricity of welding electrodes. It gives Microscopic magnifying image of eccentricity of the electrode coating from a side of the electrode by 30 X or 40 X. Break the electrodes on the fixer and put it on the guiding Gauge and Rotate the electrode for checking the eccentricity.  The apparatus is very Compact, easy to operate and highly precision.
