The curled coir is fed into untwisting machine to untwist the ropes fibers into coded form. The untwisted fiber is sprayed with rubber latex compounded with chemicals to get a continuous bonded coir sheet of required width.

The sheet is then cut to pieces of required length. Multi layered rubberized coir sheets available in various densities and dimensions.

Latex and coir content can be customized.

Coir sheet is a combination of good quality coconut fire blended with natural latex. It can be used as mulching sheet to protect the soil & plants from direct sunlight and is also used as control material. It is available in various thicknesses with a maximum width of 2 metres and up to 30 metres in length as a roll. It can also be used to produce coco pot, coco disc and other value added products.
