We offer Double Stage Water Ring Vacuum Pumps & Compressors. HTC Liquid ring gas pumps are rotary displacement pumps. A circulating auxiliary fluid normally water, absorbs the driving power supplied to the impellers and transmits it to the gas to be compressed. Shaft and Impellers are the only moving components. They do not have sliding contact with fixed pump components. The gaps which exists are filled with the auxiliary fluid. No lubricants can get into the pumping chamber and the gas to be pumped is not contaminated. In design, the pumps is adopted to the intended application.

We offer the htc oil sealed rotary high vacuum pumps. Htc range of vacuum pumps are of oil immersed rotary vane type, the sliding vane pump has a cylindrical housing. The rotor, linked by its shaft to an electric motor via a cooling, usually carries two spring loaded opposing blades to ride on the stationary housing. As the rotor turns, a blades sweep the stator walls and gas molecules entering the inlet of the pump pass into the volume created by the eccentric mounting of the rotor in the sector. The gas is then compressed forcing the exhaust valve to open and permitting gas discharge. The inlet port and exhaust valves are separated by a contract area where the housing in machined to the same radius as the rotor. A film of oil is used on all moving parts to lubricate and seal the pump.

The htc range of pumps are lateral channel pumps with open impellers. The impellers run between two intermediate casings of which one is plain disk with suction opening and other incorporates a lateral channel ending in the discharge opening, it also incorporates a small de airing channel. This principle has the effect of the handling medium being transported in a screw like manner from suction to delivery, this movement is accelerated with the discharge head increasing. The higher the discharge head, the more frequent liquid enters the cell of the impeller and levels on the other side. Between the liquid in the impeller (in the impeller cell) and the liquid in the lateral channel, a steady impulse takes place until the liquid leaves through the discharge opening. The principle of energy absorbed by the liquid in a lateral channel pumps gives us a characteristic of linear curves and is several times that of a true centrifugal pump.
