Hardayal Whole Milk Powder is a white or white with greenish tinge or light cream in colour, homogeneous, free from lumps except those that break readily under slight pressure and free from extraneous matter.

Hardayal skimmed milk powder is a homogeneous, free from lumps except those that break readily under slight pressure and free from scorched particles, powder manufactured from fresh skim milk via spray drying process or nozzle drying process; it is off white to light cream in colour with a clean, milky flavour of fresh skim milk, low, medium or high heat grades of same can be provided as per requirement.

The product shall be white or light cream in colour, uniform in composition and free from lumps except those that break up readily under slight pressure and shall be reasonably free from scorched particles.

The product derived from pasteurized cream without addition of common salt & annatto or carotene as colour matter and flavouring agent . It shall be free from other animal fats, wax and mineral oils, vegetable oils & extraneous matter.

The product is prepared by spray drying of standardized milk obtained from cow milk or buffalo milk or a mixture thereof (standardized milk shall be prepared by adjustment of suitably process milk solids). The standardized milk shall be free from additives. All processing and drying carried out in a manner that minimizes the loss of nutritive value, particularly protein quality.

The fatty products derived exclusively from milk or products obtained from milk by means of processes which result in almost total removal of water and milk solids not fat. It shall have pleasant taste and flavour free from off odour and rancidity. It shall free from vegetable oil /fat , animal body fat.
