Group I base oils are the least refined of all the groups. With the use of solvents impurities are leeched out so it can be further processed. This method is quite standard and is the minimum when refining base oils. The mix after refining is made up from different hydrocarbon chains with little or no uniformity. While some automotive oils on the market use Group I stocks, they are generally used in less demanding applications. They are defined as having a viscosity index between 80 and 120 while the level of sulphur is larger than 0.03%.
Our Rubber Processing Oil products are of great quality and are Developed taking in to consideration the usage and product requirement.
Rubber Processing Oils are used during the mixture of rubber compounds. Rubber can be synthetic or natural and are used in the manufacturing of manufactruring rubber products ranging from small rubber bands to huge vehicle tires.
Depending on the physical arrangement of the carbons atoms, Rubber processing oil are broadly classified in to three major groups namely;
Paraffinic: these are used extensively in EPDM, Butyl rubbers.
Naphthenic: Ideal for moulded articles, slippers, LPG tubes, floor tiles, etc. Aromatics: Mostly used to manufacture Tires, calendared and moulded sheets, Tread rubber etc
Slack wax is a mixture of oil and wax, obtained from lubricating oil. Slack wax is the crude wax produced by chilling and solvent filter-pressing wax distillate. It serves as feedstock and that is further refined and blended to create value-added petroleum wax products.
Pale oils are a base oil stock which are highly naphthenic in content (in contrast to the usually mainly paraffinic base oils. They are used in moderate temperature applications, mainly for manufacturing metal working fluids, greases and other industrial and anticorrosion fluids. They are excellent as a property balance for rubber compounding and ideal for processing polymers. These can also be used as resin extending and secondary plasticizer for PVC.

Re-Refined is a defined as a light grade base oil and is a Grade I base Oils. They are mainly used in lubricant and lubricant additives Production. It is a Group I base oil (mineral based non-synthetic base oil) which is derived from rerefining used or lubricants contaminated with particulate matter and other soluble materials.
Blown bitumen grades or Oxidized Bitumen are produced by passing air through the penetration grades. This process gives the bitumen more rubbery properties than its original formula and they are simply harder bitumen. Hard bitumen under controlled temperature conditions is widely used as an anti-slip layer compound in the piling industry, for manufacture of roofing felts, the roofing and waterproofing industries, for sound dampening felts and under carriage sealant in the automotive industry, electric cable joint protection, joint filling compound, sealant compound and many others. Also used in sealing saw cuts and joints where expected movements are minimum. It is also used in the manufacturing of bituminous marine mastic for the oil & gas pipeline joints.
