Industrial Valves

We are leaders in the market for providing best range of Check Valve, Foot Valve, Air Release Valve, Butterfly Valve and Gate Valve

Check Valve

TheCheck Valveis an automatic shut-off valve. Under pressure and flow, the closure mechanism opens allowing the media to flow freely. When the flow and pressure stops, the closure mechanism returns automatically to the closed position, preventing the media from returning upstream. The most common installation is at the pump. ACheck Valvemay be installed on the suction side of the pump to maintain the pump's prime in the event of a pump shutdown. A check valve will be used commonly on the discharge of the pump to prevent backflow from the downstream system, when the pump shuts off.

Check Valvesare used to prevent contaminated media in branches from flowing back into the main trunk line. The most common example is the use of backflow-prevention devices installed on any connection to a city water main. The backflow prevention device, a special form of check valve, prevents possibly contaminated water at a facility from flowing into the city water system when there is a sudden loss of water pressure in the main utility line.
There are several other applications for check valves, but the purpose is always the same. While, there are several design of check valve, we manufacture Sawing Check Valve, Lift Check Valve, Dual Plate Check Valve & Multi Door Check Valve.

Foot Valve

Foot Valvesare usually installed and positioned at the lowest point of the intake suction pipe of the pump, below the water level, and often near the bottom of lakes, rivers storage tanks and pits. Primarily, valve stops draining out of the water from the suction line of the pump, when the pump is stopped. Strainer of the valve does not allow foreign material or large objects from entering the suction, thereby damaging the pumps.

Type of Valves:Lift Disc Type.
Operation:Lift Check.
Range:50 mm NB to 200 mm NB

Air Release Valve

These valves are primarily used to remove air from Pipe Line when initially they are charged with water or fluids. It also helps in removing any trapped air during the operations.

When pipe lines are discharged with water or fluids it release air in the pipe line for quicker discharge of fluid to empty the line.

Type of Valves: Single Ball/Double Ball/Kinetic.

Operation: Automatic.

Butterfly Valve

AButterfly Valveis a flow control device that incorporates a rotational disk to control the flowing media in a process. The disk is always in the passageway, but because it is relatively thin, it offers little resistance to flow.
Early use ofButterfly Valvesfocused on water applications, but new designs and component materials have allowed them to be utilized in growing industrial fluid applications. Presently, butterfly valves can be found in almost every chemical plant handling a variety of diverse fluids.
TheButterfly Valvescan be used for on-off service or modulating service. Actuation is typically achieved either manually (handle, wrench, gear operator) or through an external power source to cycle the valve automatically.

Type of Valves:Flanged & Wafer Type.
Operation:Manual, Gear Operated or Motorized.

Gate Valve

Gate Valvesare by far the most widely used in industrial piping. That's because most valves are needed as stop valves - to fully shut off or fully turn on flow - the only job for which gate valves are recommended.

Gate Valvesare inherently suited for wide-open service. Flow moves in a straight line, and practically without resistance when disc/wedge is fully raised.
The seating is perpendicular or at a right angle to the line of flow and meets it head on. That's one reason whyGate Valvesare impractical for throttling service and for too frequent operation.
The difference betweenSluice Valves and Gate Valveis that theGate Valvesare generally used for water or water like fluids, while aSluice Valveis recommended for Slurries.

Type of Valves:Non Rising Spindle and OS&Y Rising Spindle.
Operation:Manual, Gear Operated, or Motorized.

Cast Iron Valves Range:50mm NB to 1200 mm NB,
Cast Steel Valves Range:50 mm NB to 300 mm NB
Forged & Bronze Valves Range:15 mm NB to 50 mm NB

Globe Valve

AGlobe Valveis a type of valve used for regulating flow in a pipeline, consisting of a movable disk-type element and a stationary ring seat in a generally spherical body.

Globe Valvesare named for their spherical body shape with the two halves of the body being separated by an internal baffle. This has an opening that forms a seat onto which a movableplug can be screwed in to close (or shut) the valve. The plug is also called a disc. In globe valves, the plug is connected to a stem which is operated by screw action using a handwheel in manual valves. Typically, automated globe valves use smooth stems rather than threaded and are opened and closed by an actuator assembly. The most common use of a globe valve is as a water tap. It is also used widely in industrial applications for flow control.

Type of Valves:OS&Y rising Spindle.
Operation:Manual, Gear Operated, or Motorized.

Range Cast Iron & Cats Steel Valve Range:50 MM NB to 300 mm NB
Forged & Bronze Valve Range:15 mm NB to 50 mm NB
