The HS Engineers steel door sets are made from 100% steel and offer a very high level of strength and durability. They are security and fire rated and can be supplied in three different forms of steel:Mild steel, Stainless steel, Galvanized steel. Our doors sets are commonly used as an external door as they offer a high level of security and fire rating but can also be used internally especially if a high level of acoustic control and/or fire resistance is required.100% Steel Doors. Our steel doors come in three formats:1. Mild Steel. This is raw steel and has a carbon presence which increases the strength and durability of the steel door. It is always supplied with a primed finish and is both security and fire rated 2. Stainless Steel. The stainless steel door is dependent on the environment in which it is installed. Stainless Steel doors offer a high resistance to corrosion and retain its strength at high temperatures. A bright, shiny surface accommodates the stainless steel door and they are both security and fire rated. These are available in stainless steel grade 304 and in acid-proof grade 316.3. Galvanized Steel. A special coating is put onto the galvanized steel door. This involves a chemical process to keep the steel from corroding.
