Fuses, Circuit Breakers & Components

Our Complete range of products are HRC Fuses, Switch Fuse Disconnector and Residual Current Circuit Breaker.

HRC Fuses

LV HRC fuses are used for installation systems in non-residential, commercial and industrial buildings, as well as in the switchboards of power supply companies. They therefore protect essential building parts and installations.LV HRC fuses are fuse systems designed for operation by skilled personnel. There are no constructional requirements for non-interchangeability of rated current and touch protection. The components and auxiliary equipment are designed in such a way as to ensure the safe replacement of LV HRC fuses or isolation of systems.LV HRC fuse links are available in the sizes 000, 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 4a.LV HRC fuse links are available in the following operational classes:gG for cable and line protectionaM for the short-circuit protection of switching devices in motor circuitsgR or aR for the protection of power semiconductorsgS: The new gS operational class combines cable and line protection with semiconductor protection.

Switch Fuse Disconnector

Disconnectors are ideally suited as main and EMERGENCY-STOP switches. Thanks to their fused design, they additionally provide short-circuit and overload protection. In connection with SITOR semiconductor fuses, they even master high requirements. In contrast to the 3NJ4 in-line fuse switch disconnectors, the devices of the 3NJ6 range are equipped with an integrated switching element with single- or double-break. They are particularly suitable for applications in which many cable outlets for power distribution have to be accommodated in minimum space. The intelligent plug-in connection system facilitates the devices easy and comfortable mounting.
New compact Sentron 3NP1 series comes with enhanced protection for personnel and plants and a sophisticated connection system. The reach-round and touch protection incorporated as standard in the new Sentron 3NP1 series prevents users from touching current conducting parts when the devices are mounted in a busbar system, even if they need to be accessed on the rear.

Residual Current Circuit Breaker

Frequency converters, medical devices and UPS systems are seeing increasing use in industry. Smooth DC residual currents or currents with low residual ripple may occur in the event of faults on these devices. Type A residual current protective devices are unable to detect these smooth DC residual currents. Furthermore, such smooth DC residual currents make Type A devices increasingly insensitive to AC residual currents and pulsating DC residual currents. If a fault occurs, there is therefore no tripping and the desired protective function is no longer assured.
Universal current-sensitive residual current protective devices of Type B have an additional transformer, which is supplied with a control signal. It is therefore possible to evaluate the change of the transformer's operating range caused by smooth DC residual currents, thus ensuring the desired protective function.
The devices in this series are designed as residual current operated circuit breakers (RCCBs) up to 80 A and as residual current circuit breakers with integral overcurrent protection (RCBOs) for 100 A or 125 A in Characteristics C or D.

Betagard Residual Current Circuit Breakers 5SM3
Standards: IS 12640, Part 1:2008/IEC 61008-1:1996Voltage: 240/415Vac, 5060HzWith ISI marking: CM/L No. 7676092
The tripping characteristic is adapted to the increase of leakage currents at higher frequencies insystems with capacitive impedances and results in increased operating safety.
