We supply self-Aligning Ball Bearings which are used for the applications where extensive shaft deflections or misalignment are to be expected and a significantly longer service life. This bearing has two rows of balls and a common concave sphered raceway in the outer ring which allows angular misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing. It is also useful for applications were requiring high rotating speeds while exercising moderate radial, and moderate or low axial loading. It is featured with high productivity, extremely low friction, lower noise level, reduced vibration levels, user friendly and with lower maintenance. It is widely used in mining machinery, power machinery, heavy machinery and textile machinery, Civil engineering machinery, conveyers, roll shafts and so on.

Cylindrical roller bearings as their roller linearly come into contact with inner ring and outer ring with less coefficient of friction with a capacity to hold high radial load and operate at high speeds. Full complement bearings are suitable for very heavy radial loads at moderate speeds. These are available with both lubrication holes and a machined lubrication groove on the outside surface of the outer ring. It is used in various industries manufacturing equipment like Large and medium-sized motors, locomotives and rolling stock, machine tool spindle, internal combustion engines, generators, gas turbines, deceleration box, rolling mill machine, vibrating screen, hoisting as well as conveying machinery, automotive applications, home appliances, industrial equipment, etc.

Cylindrical roller thrust bearings are individual components that can be mounted separately. They are single direction bearings and are used to accommodate high axial load in one direction with moderate speed. As this bearing is used in higher speed applications they require oil lubrication. This bearing is very rigid and requires little axial space. As it is relatively insensitive to shock loads, they are used in gearbox, drilling machine, heavy machine, etc.

Tapered Roller Bearings are bearings which can sustain large axial load as well as large radial load. These bearings are generally separable and contain components such as outer ring, inner ring, and roller assembly (containing the rollers and a cage). The outer ring is also called as cup whereas the non-separable inner ring and the roller assembly are called as cone. Internal clearance is established during mounting by the axial position of the cone relative to the cup. This bearing provides high reliability and less sensitivity to misalignment.

Taper roller bearings are in standard sizes which are available in inch and metric. Based on the quality these bearings perform for a long period even in contaminated lubricant. It is used for heavy duty, moderate speed applications.

We supply Spherical roller bearings which have solid inner rings and a cylindrical bore and rollers with separator cages. The spherical rollers bearings can self align by the spherically formed outer ring raceway and have higher friction than any other bearings. These bearings are suitable to hold high radial loads and also have capacity to carry lower axial load in two directions. Also they are mainly used in applications where extreme misalignment, shocks, vibrations, high speed or critical application stresses occur. Spherical rollers bearings have been used in injection molding machines, crane hooks, vertical pumps, paper-machine, textile machine, woodworking machinery as well as a large number of non agricultural applications, etc.

Angular contact ball bearings are designed with a contact angle which can sustain with both axial loads in one direction together with radial loads in an oblique path. The larger the contact angle the higher the axial load support, but lower the radial load. We provide angular contact bearings with cage made of stainless steel, PVC and metal. The thrust ball bearings are mainly used to carry the axial load only, as when a load is properly applied to this bearing, the internal contact points get aligned on a plane parallel to the shaft. The bearings are can be easy separated as the washers and the ball and cage assembly can be mounted separately. Also we supply two types of bearings: Single direction thrust ball bearing and bi-directional thrust ball bearing.

The single direction bearings can bear axial load in one direction and locate shaft axially in one direction, but the bi-directional bearings can support loads in both directions. Both bearings are not suitable for any radial load. It has a self-aligning function and is capable of reducing the impact caused by installation error.
