Bearing housing is used to support and secure the hardness of any industrial bearings. It is used to position the insert bearing and also support heavy loads that are transferred from the shafts through the bearing. It is facilitated with re-lubrication, sealing and condition monitoring with simplified installation. Bearings housing provides a clean environment for the bearings to rotate freely and also enhance the bearing performance, durability and duty cycle. This is used to mount tapered bore bearing on to a cylindrical shaft with diameter tolerances. To secure the bearing to the shaft, press the withdrawal sleeve into the bearing bore. When using larger bearings, considerable force is required to overcome the friction between the mating surfaces of the bearing and sleeve and of the sleeve and shaft.
These withdrawal sleeves also facilitate secure and easy dismounting by simple pressure on the disassembly nut.
