Air intake filters are also called suction filters. These are for Engines, Compressors and Blowers, Gas Turbines etc. We can offer you complete system as well as filter elements. The filtration efficiencies of such filters depend on application. We can offer a wide range of media and construction.
We offer 'Nirmal' transformer oil filters and conditioning machines. These transformer oil filter machine removes solid impurities, dissolved water and gases and improves Break Down Voltage. The range of models include: medium high vacuum, high vacuum and ultra high vacuum. These machines can be skid mounted or trolley/ truck mounted.
Apart from regular filtration machines, we can also offer solutions for newer applications. These are filtration and regeneration of transformer oil, mineral insulating oils and lubricating oils. This machine will bring the properties of oil close to Virgin Oil or even better, thus saving money and avoiding disposal, which is environmental hazard.
Apart from complete machine, we also supply maintenance spares required for them. We also have competent factory trained engineers to service and maintain the machines.
There is an increasing need for cleaner environment be it office, plants and homes. We have a wide range of air filters used in HVAC Systems, AHU Systems and for other industrial blower applications where dust and dirt are to be removed.
We offer a wide range of air filters for this application. They have different names: panel filters, box or flange type, blower filters, pocket filters, mini pleat and deep pleat filters. For corrosion prone places, we offer FRP coated frames for air filters.
Liquid filters are mainly classified into two types: Bag Filters and Cartridge Filters. Bag Filters are used where large volumes of liquids are to be filtered containing low levels of solids. Filter Bags are made up of a variety of fabrics like polyester, poly propylene, Aramids, PTFE, Nylon, SS in woven and non-woven construction and mixed felts. Cartridge Filters are available in configurations of Spun, Wound and Pleated.Pleated Cartridgesgive long life as they have very large filtration area. Filtration from 0.5 microns to 100 microns and lengthsup to40 (Even 50 in some configurations) are available. We offer filter housings for bag as well as cartridge filters in PP, CS, SS 304, SS 316, SS 316L and FRVE. Larger filter housings have built in davits for easy opening for change of filter elements, cartridgesor bags.
Use of compressed air as a source of energy is increasing day by day due to safety and ease of use. At the same time, it is becoming imperative that the compressed air is clean and oil and odor free. We offer a wide range of filters for this application. We have pre-filters Sintered Bronze, Porous Plastic or Ceramic filter element, Fine Filter using boro-silicate fibre glass down to 0.01 micron and less than 0.01 ppm of oil carry over and Activated Carbon filter for odor and vapor removal for less than 0.001 ppm of oil carry over. Our compressed air filters have very low pressure drops hence saving energy for our customers.
Similar to compressed air filter, we can offer compressed gas filters. With increasing needs of getting cleaner gases for their process, has made us develop a range of gas filters for this application. Starting from simple conical strainers and going on to more sophisticated media like borosilicate fiber glass reduces contaminants of particulates as well oil vapor carry over. The gas filters are made for low pressure drop applications by increasing filtration area by pleating.
We can offer aluminum housings for small flows and pressures upto 10 bar and for higher flows and higher pressure, we offer filter housings of Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel. The pressure vessels are built to ASME standards and we can offer U stamped vessels, also if required.
