A Single pack high performance heat resistance alluminium paint based on silicone resin medium for protection of steel at elevated temperatures  between 400C-600C dry heat.

Furnace equipment, recation vessels, hot metal stacks, kilns ,flues ,exhaust systems ,hot pipes and similar areas exposed  to dry heat attack.

After application of the final coat of lumeros HR Aluminium, allow the system to air dry for minium24 hrs. Under ambient conditions. The temperature is then to be gradually increased to the working temperature rang for obtaining optimum performance.

Surface should be clean, dry, and free from rust and loose flakes. Blast cleaning is recommended.

A two pack epoxy polyamide cured coating with good  performance in marine and industrial environments. Good resistance to water and mild chemicals.

For application on Structural Steel, Pipelines, etc. subjected to aggressive environment. Suitable for application on columns and structures of  fertilizer plants, chemical units .

Two pack, cured with polyamide.

Base : Catalyst : 3 : 1 by volume.

Surface should be clean, free rust, grease, oil, moisture and lose flakes.

Stir the contents before use. Mix base and hardener properly in the recommend ratio. Allow mixture to mature for 20 minutes before applying by brush or spray.

Use  necessary recommend thinner if required.
